Food is okay. Chips are either not salty, too salty or soggy. Half of the time there are hardly any drinks besides cola and water. Poor experience with job interviewing, serious lack of professionalism when it comes to conducting interviews

Friend had a job interview there and it was wildly unprofessional.
The manager hired her on the spot and demanded that she work there for 2 years without any time off.

We went through drive through and got told to park.we ordered 3 things including roast box and 2 cheesy nuggets service was very slow it took 15 minutes just to to get our food the lady that served us our food was apologetic. If I could rate it any lower I would.

Tried to order in store after 10 minutes of total confusion left without eating. Staff need to be able to talk English to take orders.

Staff member on drive thru couldn't understand our basic order. Made one change of potato and gravy to just gravy and even checked at window before paying. Get home to a potato and gravy. Constantly getting tiny changes wrong. Very unprofessional also to hear management screaming at staff in the restaurant.

Generally this place has been ok, recently a while to receive the food thinking that's fine must be fresh got home everything cold so cold burger cheese hadn't even melted and slapped together everything else mainly items to be hot (chicken items) on the cold side.

Service is great. Chips can sometimes be out a bit too long or not salty enough. The majority of the time, however, they are perfection. Their gravy is always good! Out of the 5 red rooster stores within a 10-minute drive of each other, this one is the best.

Got 2 chicken and roast potatoe meals and the chicken was off disgusting, took it back and they didn't ever say sorry

Gave this place 5 star rating a year ago.now wasn't up to scratch food average and staff member wasn't able to edit my order. Ended up double charging me.

Shout out to Andrea from the Red Roster in Stockland Baldivis. She went above and beyond what was required of her and sorted out my order that I couldn't get off any of the apps and saved me a trip on the freeway to another Red Roster. Give the girl a pay raise. I was the only car in the drive through this afternoon. Took ages to get acknowledged - I initiated it by saying hi. Get to the window, no apologies, order was read back to me. I get home and got a soggy roll instead of a wrap and cold soggy chips. The last time I came through, the wrap was forgotten all together. Won't bother in future.

Even if your just one car away from the drive thru windows, you can wait FOREVER to get even a simple order (happened at least twice). Then you mistakenly think, well at least the food will be hot and fresh. No way, with soggy stale luke warm chips that seemed were cooked over an hour ago (maybe I waited that long, lol). Very disappointing compared to much better red rooster stores.

Ordered family feed. Chips were stale and old.chicken tasted funny.crispy potatoes were still hard in the middle and the corn was wet and squishy, how is that even possible? Red rooster Baldivis has gotten progressively worse and worse. Not wasting my money again

Self order didn't send order which caused some confusion at the counter! Very quiet so disappointing to see no care taken with putting chicken roll together.more lettuce in wrapper than in the roll! About what I expect from here

I have purchased food from Red Rooster twice and I found that the chicken is the best take away that I have eaten. The outside is always lovey and crisp and the inside lovely and moist.

5 years ago this Red Rooster was THE best my family had eaten. However it has gone downhill steadily since then. Now it’s just a no go. We’ve eaten here quite a few times so it’s not just a case of “bad day, off day” either. It’s been consistently bad. Asked for extra crispy chips to which the young girl replied “ um… yeah” we expected them to not be extra crispy because despite always asking them, they’d never given us extra crispy. However we didn’t even get hot chips, our chips were limp and barely warm. The half chicken was also luke warm as we’re the chicken pieces and chicken burgers. This is chicken we’re dealing with here… food poisoning is a huge factor when it comes to chicken guys! We will not be eating here anymore as the risk is not worth it and who enjoys eating Luke warm food? Sorry but we will drive out to Red Rooster at the freeway truck stop. I really hate giving bad reviews but it’s just happened way too much to not.

Horrible service! They run out of chicken (really?), then abuse customers like its our fault! Put a sign up before people enter the drive through, theres an idea.

Poor Customer service, staff name Simran pretending to be the manager of the store and doesn't know how to talk to customers.
I have ordered a chilli aioli sub, the bread was soo hard.
