I don't recommend it if you want good red rooster go to the one at bp on the freeway its a lot better

I buy from here alot and there has been several times now where they have messed up my order and again forgetting to give me the large chips I ordered was the last straw they couldn't refund it and offered to give me a free chips next time I didn't want a free chips next time I wanted them now or at least my money back paying $28 for a wrap and drink is an absolute joke.

I came very first today around 5: 30pm and totally not busy at all, No drive through line, no waiting line (your CCTV can support what I say) and end up with argument.sample order (chips, fried chicken and nuggets), They served around 4-5 ppl came after me and totally ignored my order even I came first. If you don't wanna serve Uber or Menu Logs driver then just sample cancel your service. Poor customer service.

Delivery claims to be 30 minutes after receiving payment. 50 minutes later and still not received. It is also much more expensive then going to store. Pretty dissapointed in how long it takes to deliver.

Went to collect a replacement meal only to be told they have no record of my phone call and I should have got the managers name and transaction number!

Had quite a wait here however the young lady behind the counter was super apologetic and compensated us for our wait. I must add she seemed to be working about 10 times quicker than the young blokes in the kitchen!

Food was good.a bit expensive and a very busy little area on a Sunday after 6.30 service was good.

Since when do you stop deliveries before 9: 30? I was hoping I didn't have to leave home to get a good meal. But they cancelled my order. Now I have to wait for my refund to get my money back, so I can get dinner, gee, ain't gonna get dinner tonight, cause you CANCELLED MY ORDER! UPDATE YOUR MENU LOG THEN!

Actually got the BEST roast chicken ever from here. It was cooked to perfection and the guy serving was so friendly and polite. Thank you

Worst meal. Ended up throwing it in the bin. Picked up the box which was placed upside down in the bag. All liquid started pouring out. The chicken burger was cold and the lettuce was brown. Disgusting

Ive been there many times now. Each time im disappointed. This time ive asked for a tripple hellfire burger combo.
Chip still hard in the centre and it was a normal chicken and lettuce burger i got with some spicy sauce. Not a hellfire at all.

Will make the effort to go to another suburb in future

So I went there about 4 weeks ago. This place is a legit ghost town. It has a weird smell and like there is no enthusiasm with the place. I bought a 600ml Sprite and I thought this would be about between 2 to 4 dollars, well I was wrong it was $4.75c. I thought that was a bit extreme I went to 2 fast food restaurants and I asked the price for the exact same bottle and the price and It was $3.25 and $3.95. I have no idea why it was so expensive. I also bought chips and gravy, it looked appetising but when I got it it was not. But I guess that’s what you would expect to be honest. I did not feel well the day after, sooooooooo. Overall it’s an ok fast food restaurant.

Just picked up a classic dinner with chip's got it home and when i opened it up found 1table spoon of peas 1 chicken leg (should have been 1/2 a chicken) and the rest of the box was filled with chips and gravy. Paid $18.00 for this disgusting meal. Will not be going back. Not happy ripped off totally.

Very friendly young lady on front counter. Was disappointed to see that she had to prep the entire order herself whilst others stood in the kitchen talking.

The ordering didn't go to well but it all got sorted in the end and they were very good and the food was excellent.

I am a fan of Redroster but this particular store is not less than a bad name to red roster franchise. I Had a large Rippa box chips were soggy gravy full with lumps chicken strips were different but pathetic the only good thing was drink in all and yes chicken wings were good too.

The crew had no time to take orders from kiosk.we waited and waited and waited to order and finally we had to go somewhere else to eat.

Looks new and tidy since the renovation.
Large range of chicken dishes and foods.
Delivery service also in the local area.
Has sit down and deli as well as drive thru.

Went here on public holiday, food was okay since Domino's added there 10% surcharge for it being a public holiday so have these guys too.

We had to repeat our order not once but twice we got home and realised they still got it wrong and it wasn't a hard order! No customer interaction or manners or even a proper hello or thank you.won't be back!
