Real mark central.
Where do i begin.
They kept way to much bond.
Nothing was EVER fixed in a reasonable time frame.
We lived with only 3 lights working for 8 weeks as the globes had melted into the sockets.
We were charged a call out fee for their cheap fittings/wiring.
Dont bother renting through them unless you want them to waste your time and money.

As a tenant for six years, we found them objective and evenhanded. When we rent out our own house, would place Realmark first for consideration.

I hate that I've had to stoop to the lowest of all lows and behave like Realmark Property Managers (Samantha Lewis) and (Sandy Papalia)
These Property Managers are truely unethical, in their behaviour and performance.
So please for your own sake, never rent a property through this Real Estate Agent, or you'll be setting yourself up for disaster.you've been warned.

I have endured the evilness of these Property Managers first hand and felt the dire need to speak up for the many other tenants who are unable to speak up for themselves.
These vile witches (Samantha Lewis) and her General Manager (Sandy Papalia) are the most vile creatures you'll ever encounter, particularly when leasing a Rental property.
Be very very mindful when vacating your Rental, be sure to give all forwarding addresses and other relevant details and CC all communications with all Licencee of the Company, Department of Commerce, Reiwa etc or they will (lie through an eye of a needle) and lodge your Bond disposal straight through to the courts (Tenant Unknown) and guess what? The owner of the property will be granted your full bond on the grounds of tenant unknown.
These two vile creatures are phenomenal liars.
They both had all contact details and refused to use these current details.

So if you wish to use this Real Estate Agent go right ahead but don't say I didn't warn you
They are both very cunning witches.
The Landlord was horrendous.
And to think the Agent has taken out awards!
I wonder how many more Tenants would agree to the silent treatment, lack of communications and not to mention appalling ethics carried out by your staff.

So why the hell you confirmed my inspection?

Realmark in Leederville are managing my property and they have taken all the hassel out of renting a property. Previously I did it myself and it was nightmare and now I can get on with living my live instead of my tenants.

I am rent a house for 12month. They want to sell the property and ask us leave early. We agree it and leave. I already email them will be return key in Monday morning8：00am, they still charge the rent for this day.and also charge me water usage untill 13/06.
Never rent or buy house in realmark

I am never ever take rental or buying property from realmark in my life instead of taking property ftom them i like to stay on the rode side some were.

Sasha Smith - Thomas is the property Manager handling my employer's apartment in WA. Prompt response - very good.

This branch is a perfect example of why Real Estates Agents are the least trusted profession. A lack of communication and compliance from the rental team.
