Nightmare with this horrible commercial property management agency Realmark Commercial for four and half months. Purposely and deliberately fraud your rent income. Tried every mean they to fool the landlord. They refuse to provide monthly owner's statements to me. They cheating for over $10k my monthly rent income while I have to pay heavy big mortgage to bank every month. I believe I'm not the first victim lots of people have same experience as me. I'm very surprised they're still run their business but I believe they should be in jail. I'm currently take legal actions against them for my rent money fraud and proceed to tribunal court now. I will also report to police for the fraud to get justice done when get the court orders.wishing no more landlords suffer from this agency any more.

The worst property management company i ever dealt with. I am still trying to sort out the mess & nightmare they have given me since June this year. Report incorrectly made, money not collected on time, everything is in the mess and I've to keep explaining things over and over again. They have a bunch of useless incompetent unintelligent people that doesn't know whats going on. A TOTAL DISASTER! I wont be surprise if they are going to close down very soon due to incompetency

Excellent and Efficient Service.
I have used Realmark Leederville as Property Managers for 10 years to handle my commercial property rental. I cannot fault the level of service and efficiency. They have gone beyond my expectations in handling matters regarding property issues and lease agreements. I have had several rentals over the years, managed by various agents and would highly recommend this team for Property Management.

From the outset, this company has mismanaged my commercial property including but not limited to; Not paying bills on time, not forwarding correspondance, failing to follow up with a lease for five months. They have gone through several agents and managers in the year that I have been with them. I highly recommend you do NOT use this office.

No customer service whatsoever.trying to move into a store for my expanding business, Glen sends me the tenancy forms which I fill in and send back.then I hear nothing again, called him a few days later, nothing.emailed nothing.now 2 weeks and still nothing.absolutely useless, it's hard enough trying to organise and manage things with how rapidly I'm growing without added stress of not knowing it's this is accepted or if I should look for another property.

They never got back to us on booking a viewing then we find out later the house we wanted to view was now taken and we didnt even have a chance this place doent answer their phones and dont answer reiwa.com enquiries.

I was renting through Realmark Leederville with Claire Rogerson. Claire was very helpful to my needs as a rentor. Claire is very friendly & always responded to my enquiries promptly & professionally, thank you Claire.

After some difficulties I finally got to work with Simon wroth at Realmark Mandurah. The biggest compliment I can give is he listened and we worked our way to a resolution. As a customer the voice of the customer is important and Simon certainly did that. Thanks again.

Unfortunately, as a resident living in lodgings managed by this business, I have been very frustrated by their lack of responsiveness to requests for help. It has taken months to try to get work completed and even get emails answered. Very poor quality service.

I am currently renting a commercial property form realmark, after countless emails and phone calls to the property manager Samantha we are still no closer to solving some issues we are having. One of the main one being the side entrance gates, we have been in the property for just over 1.5 years and were only recently given a key that opens only one of the gates but doesn't open the second gate as this requires a seperate key, after emailing Samantha about this and requesting a key be cut to be able to open the second gate, this is the response I received "You have been issued with a new gate key which was cut – as of the 19th November 2020"
The problem with this being that the key only opens one gate not the second, so our clients and staff are still unable to access the side passage way that connects the back carpark to the shop front. None of my calls/voicemails to Samantha have been returned and some emails unanswered. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend leasing a property that Samantha manages.

I hope I never have to deal with Realmark ever again or live in any of their properties. A business name with a bank account from what I experienced with the years of crazy activity living in one of their Strata with no accountability.

Real Mark are the property managers for the commercial property we operate our business from. There are issues with the property that are causing massive safety concerns. We have requested the repairs to be completed multiple times and even offered to get external quotes, with the response being 'THATS NOT HOW IT WORKS'. After following up Carol several times we are no closer to getting the simple repairs completed. Completely unprofessional

Very unprofessional and poor quality from property manager from Realmark Realestate South. The lack of caring and respect for your tenants needs to change. I had requested to get new shower fixed showing unsafe mould ware and tear of home and never got it done. Injured my hand due to the shower being a safety hazard. Denied request for my locks for safety reasons and new exhaust fan denied which caused mould on ceiling creating another hazard which is real estate claim is my responsibility which I believe it should not. The house was old, doors were broken and falling apart and property was unsafe to live in. I had to end my lease due to these appaling conditions and Realmark made this process extremely difficult and distressing for me. I would never recommend Realmark Realestate to anyone wanting to rent!

Having moved from another managing agent approx. 8 months ago, Realmark Commercial have been absolutely amazing. They were dumped with so many issues that had arisen from the other agent and they have tackled them efficiently and without any complaints. In the short time that we have been with them, they have rectified the majority of the issues that had been around for at least 12-18 months with their predecessors. They are now working on the final few with as just as much enthusiasm and professionalism as they did when they first took on our properties. You have taken so much of the pressure, stress and headaches away that we had.

Christine, John, Paul and the rest of the team have been fantastic to deal with. They are quick to respond to phone calls and emails and are also very prompt in sorting out issues/queries/requests whether it be from our end (landlord) or the tenants.

The best thing that we have done is change over to Realmark Commercial. Highly recommend them. Can't thank or praise them enough.
