The staff at Realmark are very genuine, always professional and have consistently replied promptly.

I'm Not Happy with the unprofessional way our property manager is treating us.
We signed a lease and paid the bond and two weeks in advance and got the keys but we still haven't received the receipt of our payment.

We have put in maintenance requests which she has cancelled with no explanation.

I can see that renting through this realestate is going to be a nightmare.

Very poor communication post tenancy. 9 weeks later and no communication regarding bond. Nicole and Jacinta have handled the situation very poorly and I do not advise any BUYERS, SELLERS or LANDLORDS to use Realmark services.

Carole Plumb is the worst PM ever! No condition report given! Informed non working staffs when moved in, never been fixed! Avoid if you can! Picky on really little things! WARNING!

Had a very poor experience post tenancy - I was charged inflated prices for a tile repair (3x the industry standard amount) and the property manager was unable to provide an invoice for works or photos of the repairs. After 6 weeks of vacating the property and stalling tactics by their property manager I still do not have a bond refund.

BUYER and SELLER beware- an uneducated, unethical and extremely unprofessional agency. When the going gets tough, this lot run for the hills. One star is way too generous.

I have had the most amazing experience with Realmark Corporate, an organisation that truly cares about their clients, and always delivers great service.

Would not rent from these guys. After they took over leases from David Evans they did not honor agreement and back charged me more money and put up our bill each month. I will not recommend them to any one.

Really disappointed that you allow anyone to wear the REALMARK Badge and wont take responsibility when your private franchises wearing your name go corrupt and take people money! Alexander Waters from Real mark Karratha is a FRAUD and wont return anyone's Bond.let alone phone calls and emails. This man has tarnished the reputation of Realmark and I will steak clear of Realmark forever now.

I don't want to never ever use this company.
I lost my time and money.
I was looking for apertment in the city.
So I find good apertment from this company.
I had booking for inspection also I come from another county. I went to apertment for inspection on time when I had booking. But I didn't know well about how to inspection. I call to agency but they said call to one guy, He do inspection. Then they give to me his number so I call to him. But he never catch phone call.
I just standing in front of the apertment.
Finally one guy come out from apertment so I ask to him. Are you agency? He said yes and you are late you can't have inspection I have to go next. He said to me something like this things. I'm so upset.
But also I'm not good at English as well. I couldn't say like nothing.
House is very important thing so I meed trust agency and owner. Becouse when something happen or move in out we will talk. But I can't trust this company.

After I use another agency. I was worry Becouse from this company. I didn't trust agency. But another agency was different was so good. When I had inspection she call me before 10min from inspection time. Like Hello and I'm coming, Are you ok? Are you already there? Like not lost. She was like that. She care about me even if i'm not rent yet.

So I think this company service very bad. They don't care about customer. If I didn't come it's same for them.

I don't want to use this company.
Becouse home is like a life.
If I buy house from them will keep in touch end of my life. I don't want to spend money and time from this company.
Do you understand what I mean?
