These guys are amazing.we locked ourselves out of our new place on Saturday night at 6: 30pm and thank god they have an after hours emergency line! The lady who answered explained she was away but she actually went out of her way to call around to other staff to see if someone could meet us at their office and within 20 mins some legend called Andrew rocked up and gave us a spare set of keys! We had the most traumatic experience renting through this particular ray white! The manager harassed us and tried to kick us out for issues that were minor wear and tear due to toddlers living in the house! However we did rectify the issue! They came and inspected and the house was pristine, however they emailed me after and said the house was “putred” and gave my young family 5 days notice to move out! I won the fight and the landlord sacked them because it was so unfair the way the treated us! I’m still traumatised by the experience I had dealing with Ray white Urban springs! We are still living in the property thanks to another real estate who have been amazing to rent through!

I couldn't recommend Ray White Urban Springs highly enough, last year we brought another investment property through Danielle McCullouch after going through endless open homes and liaising with Danielle for over a year she is the most professional, knowledgeable, informative and respectful estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. After buying our last property we quickly added it to our portfolio with Urban Springs to rent out, this is where Jacqueline Blackman comes in as our property manager we couldn't be more happy with the level of service.
