The communication was excellent. At the home open the agent was polite, informed and welcoming. Since then, all emails have been quickly responded to and incredibly warm whenever we had questions or queries. We couldn’t recommend you guys more!

The current rental market here in Perth had been crazy, hectic due to the high demand. I met Neha on one of her property viewing for lease. She had been a treasure by just understanding the situation I was in. She took over and gave me options that are suitable for my requirements and next thing you know got approved. My current property (different company) didnt even offer anything about assisting us with moving.

We receive Andrew Huggins email newsletter regularly, however they often (every 12-18 months) check in via a phone call to make sure you are still happy to be on their mailing list - I just thought that this was really professional of them, and have never experienced it from anyone else before. Great to see you don’t want to be hassling people if they don’t want to receive your news letters. I do appreciate the curtesy good on you!

Was told on first inspection that our property was "absolutely filthy" and when asked for specifics, dust was pulled from under our washing machine and it was stated that we needed to regularly scrub our unfinished, unsanded skirting boards with a toothbrush as they are so rough they destroy sponges and rags. The house should never have been leased in that condition.

We were told that this was "not in need of a spring clean" as I was happy to admit, but that we "must never clean" (obviously false and documented, and highly offensive).

Meanwhile they have been aware of a leaking, rotting shower floor with risk of structural collapse for 14 days now. Two tradies have attended and said they cannot address the problem as it is structural damage and requires a number of experts to fix.

Rude, unprofessional and happy to endanger the health of their tenants.

They are so unprofessional. They gave me a confirmation SMS and an email regarding my tenancy application. After three days I call them to give my deposit amount and they suggested the owner is still thinking about my application. After 5 days of the confirmation, they rejected my application. They did not even call me to say sorry.

Never again i would rent with Ray White. The constant harassments with emails, text messages and phone calls about every little things was a painful 12 months amongst other annoying things the time we were moving out.

Many thanks to Andrew Huggins and his team.

His charm and persistence in trying to sell our property in a difficult market kept up buoyant and optimistic.

After trying several agents without success we decide to try Ray White Urban Springs as a last ditch resort.

Andrew was sure he could achieve our goal price and we reluctantly decided to proceed.

His service and attention to detail was second to none and, true to his word, Andrew
achieved the goal.

I highly recommend Andrew and his team to any prospective seller.

The reason I have mentioned his team twice is because they are quietly working in the background like busy little beavers.

I truly appreciate the bottle of champagne at the offer stage and today Andrew came around with a big cheery grin and presented us with a bottle of Moët Champagne to celebrate our sale. It’s going to be opened on St Valentine’s Day

It’s the little things that matter and Andrew takes the time to care about us as clients.

I feel we have gained a friend.

Do not rent a property through Ray white, my experience was so awful that it would take some time to list all the things they had done to make my lease an unpleasant one. So I'll just start with one thing. Update you're property condition reports every once in a while. I should not have to correct every single detail listed in the report, if a house has absolutely destroyed floorboards and blinds, why state that they are in perfect condition on the report? And that was only the start.

Andrew and his team made my experience of selling my home completely hassle free! I would like to take this opportunity to thank Andrew. He has such a lovely, genuine nature that I felt confident in putting my faith in his recommendations throughout this journey. I was very nervous at auction until I spoke to him. Just that reassurance meant a lot, he is VERY good at what he does. I received reports and updates almost immediately after groups had gone through. A one star rating has been given due to harrassment from the property manager, particularly towards my sister and her husband. Sending daily emails and messages from the moment my dad, who is now the sole tenant, is one day past due on the rent, even if other payment arrangements have been made, is unreasonable by itself, but sending them to people who are not listed as tenants and haven't stayed at the property for five months is a total breach of privacy. Telling people who aren't your tenants the financial situations of your tenants is actually very illegal. Not to mention the fact that my sister has repeatedly requested that she not be contacted by you. Also would like to clarify that no one has been asked to vacate the property, the end of lease term is next month and the tenant was asked if he planned on extending the lease and he said no. But aside from this everyone else has been lovely and nothing but professional.
