I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the wonderful service you provided during my stay at 7/80 Epsom Avenue. From the moment I first inquired about renting an apartment, RayWhite were professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.

Lisa assistance during the vacate cleaning and bond money settlement process was especially appreciated, and I am grateful for the time and effort you put into making sure everything went smoothly.

In addition to your excellent customer service skills, I also appreciate your dedication to ensuring that the property is well-maintained, and that tenants' concerns are addressed promptly.

However, I do have one suggestion that I would like to share with you.

While I understand that some property owners may not want to spend money on repairs or address maintenance issues in a timely manner, it can be frustrating for tenants who are affected by these issues. You can see so many open tickets, a vacuum cleaner not provided, AC repair not done, and flickering lights, and we stopped complaining because they can simply say the owner will fix it, and you are not in control. We fixed all of them with our money.

In the future, I would urge you to consider not allowing such owners to rent out their properties in your agency, as it can have a negative impact on the overall experience for Ray White.

Thank you again for everything you have done to make my time at Epsom Avenue enjoyable. I will certainly recommend your services to anyone looking for a quality rental property in the area.

I saw all the 5 star reviews and I wanted to say that I don't believe them. I know multiple people who have dealt with this company to buy/sell and all of them said it was the worst real estate experience they've had.

Also every one star review the owners reply and publicly talk about the personal details of the person who posted the review, which I find extremely unprofessional and it really goes to show what kind of people you are dealing with here.

I am a tenant in a property managed by RWUS, where the landlord opted to sell the property. I have found the Ray White Sales team to be incredibly professional and accommodating. I primarily dealt with Toby Huggins, who contacted us each week to organise home opens for prospective buyers. Toby is very professional and reasonable individual and genuinely understood our concerns as tenants (with pets) and made every effort to accomodate both us and the owner during this process. Toby also gave us ample notice in order to get everything ready, and our animals organised, for each home open. Thank you Toby, it’s been a pleasure dealing with you!

We purchased a property with them in Rivervale, the sales process was smooth and painless, they also helped us out by carrying out the final inspection via FaceTime as we are interstate!
