Great caravan park with all the mod cons, fridges, freezers, showers, toilets etc. If in a tent ask for on sand/grass, others are very hard compacted ground that requires drills etc to peg.

Friendly staff, clean amenities, spacious sites. 2 pools a big one and a smaller one with plenty of shade. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Park is fine. Ammeneties are hit and miss with mixed cleaning schedules on different blocks. Has 2 pools and a new kitchen and game room near main pool. Would recommend higher if facilities were kept cleaner. Seems to be alot of people that stay here even in off peak so they must be doing something right elsewhere. Customer service was good and informative. Staff were helpful to other campers when needed. This is the biggest park in town and could do with a few small improvements to make it truly great.

Beautifully kept grounds clean and tidy rooms. There are two swimming pools. The staff are really nice.

Great place. Stayed in the cabins with external en-suite. Only thing I’d change would be to have a lounge type seat in the cabin as the dining chairs are uncomfortable to sit on.
Everything else is absolutely spot on.

4 stars at the most as they do have good modern amenities and the location is really handy. Criticisms would be that their bathrooms really need a deep clean, some grout cleaning and sink scrubbing would go a long way. I also found it insulting being charged $5 an hour to use a ping pong set, this also with a $20 deposit? Any chance to make money I guess. There isn’t much shade and most of the sites are red dirt. None the less we enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay:) we booked an unpowered site for a few days, and a room for 1 night.
The lady’s from the reception where very friendly, and everything from the park was good! We absolutely loved the campkitchen and both swimmingpools! Everything was clean and spotless.

Upon arriving we were greeted with friendly staff and a air conditioned office, with a well stocked little shop which included ice, food ect. We were accommodated quicky with little fuss, all too easy which made us wonder if there was something up during this busy time.

It appeared so once we got settled in to our site with the local mobsters (the bush chooks or emus under the common toungue) carry out their extortion rounds daily collecting their racket payments from unwilling residents in the forms of unopened packets of chips, freshly cooked bacon stolen directly off the bbq, bread and other various condiments. They also carry out random vehicle interior and tent inspections whilst deficating at your door step if they are unhappy with your setup. Non compliance on your part will generally see additional mobsters and their contractors (seagulls) called around for back up, with stand over tactics used until you comply.

Once you have made your "donations" you are then welcome to venture around the sites and visit the amenities all of which where clean and well maintained. The toilet/shower combo rooms did have some ventilation issues which ultimately felt like you were showering within an 400m raduis from the surface of the sun. The pool is relatively clean considering the volume of traffic flowing in and out.

Cooking facilities are clean and looked like near new bbq plates, although some were not working correctly. Camp kitchen has communal fridges, oven, stoves ect all which can be used free of charge).

All in all not a bad caravan park and we enjoyed our stay.

Very crowded campsite, we paid 48 for the unpowered one ended up be squeezed between two small trees and other caravan. Not even tap on site. Nice clean kitchen is the only reason not to give it one star.

Stayed here in the low season and seemed like a nice park with plenty of room and lots of sites, we actually extended our stay for a few more days. Travelling friends were chatted by the bicycle police about washing their car onsite even though we had asked at the office and told it was fine if you use your own gear and a bucket. Following day I was washing our vehicle in the designated wash area with our own gear and buckets, was chatted by the bicycle police about how I had to pay to use the area, so it again looks like it's about the money not the restrictions on water usage.
Howerver as full timers on the road I'me afraid that we will be back again.

Check in and out was quick and the staff were really nice. There's great kitchens and pools and the environment is very relaxed. The powered site was a great size. In the women's showers could do with a renovation and new shower heads.

OK place, but packed near Dump Point with the smell not good. Then come back from a Whale dive to have a HOT shower not happy! But over's might have had a better time?

Amenities clean but lack of laundry facilities. Caravan park full, 2 washing machines servicing one end of park and 1 dryer. Rained all day yesterday so demand was high. Was here last week, one dryer out of order, back 7 days later same dryer still out of order. Not good enough RAC

Great park. Clean facilities. Nice people. Just extremely let down by lack of recycling or green waste disposal available. And eaten alive by mozzies/midgies.

The park is ok, although really big and crowded in the holiday season of course. The amenities are ok and the BBQ area and camp kitchen are modern. There is a good playground for kids and in the holidays also nice kids activities, e.g. Cinema / movie evenings. The one thing that really needs to be improved is the after sales care taking for the customers. It seems staff is overwhelmed with booking requests and does not seem to be able to handle the load, on top there seemed to be IT problems for several days. All at cost of onsite customers needs.

Type of visit:
Young family with caravan

Experience:
Friendly staff, busy park which is close to town centre and right next to discovery/info centre.

We were lucky to have been appointed a nice site, next to camp kitchen. I feel the site has room for improvement, found the laundry area and machines rather tired looking, similar with the toilet and shower areas which I avoided in the 3 days. May help if the management found improvement in how to assist with guests walking with their feet covered in red dirt to ablution areas - these areas often found wet and covered with red dirt that surrounds the park but can be potentially improved on. Other parks would face similar issues too but have implemented simple solutions or have increased staffing at peak periods to maintain site considering the popularity of this park.

Pool and play areas for the children available, tour info for Ningaloo/Exmouth region also available at front desk. Secure entrance with swipe.

Average experience.

Really good, very well equipped cabins. Not just full kitchen, but fully equipped with all the bits & pieces you could ever imagine needing.
Beach is really close by.
Lots of different bits of the coast are accessible from the road.

Very nice organised park. Have to book in winter tourist season. Good amenities and excellent camp kitchen. Across the road from Visitor Center.
