We booked the room with private bathroom, but when we arrived, we get the room without, so
Otherwise anything there is fine, good kitchen area and also have bbq area.
Outside toilet and shower is good as well.

I would stay here again. Restaurants, bars and a brewery close. Town is a close drive
or you can probably walk if you feel inclined. All good here.

Bad Park layout, smelly bins right outside our windows, can cage overflowing resulting in cans blowing along the road through the night. Cold and grubby showers. Expensive for what we got.

Good but pretty dirty in the shower/toilet areas I'd say it's because of labour shortage, pools are great also and close to everything food wise

Terribly expensive compared to every other destiantion we've been to in the country. I guess that's the location, though.

The park itself, is functional. It has what you need. Nothing particularly interesting and no personality. But functional.

Positives
They're doing a lot right. It's easy to find. Well signed. Reasonable communication from staff. Big sites. The pool areas are nice.

Negatives
Half our stay was school holidays, half after the rush of the holidays. So we saw both sides. There was an obvious improvement in cleanliness after the school holiday rush, but during school holidays it was incredibly dirty in the amenities. Clearly the team couldn't keep up, or didn't aim to. Not enough clothes lines. Just a 'meh' experience overall. We would have been happy to stay another week, but can't get our head around paying $75 for a dirt site, some power and water. Outside school holidays.

We'd go back for Exmouth in a heartbeat. This park, maybe, maybe not.

The facilities are well kept even in the crazy busy holiday times. All bays are large and have heaps of space for all size vans. Will definitely book here again when coming to Exmouth.

Amenities are good however sites are poor. Power and grey water drainage are too far apart between sites on the new part of the park. Luckily we had extensions, but many campers were caught short. All the new sites were just gravel not grassed.

Overpriced for location & what it is, and bad corporate policies, but the unforgivable part is the way the staff treat paying customers.

We booked a campsite for four people over the phone and we were told our two cars would be fine so long as they fit on the site.
Our beds are in our cars, so we have no other option. We got to our site and fit both cars in with no issues and heaps of extra room!

From check-in you could tell that this staff member was in a bad mood, but we got our spot and went to the site. Only five minutes later an angry man on a bicycle came shouting at us that we have to move one of our cars. We explained that we have all paid to be on the site, and our beds are in our cars. He said he was told to watch us, and that we could take it up with management. He then raised his voice even more and told us to go to another campsite as he biked away.

Our neighbors walked over and asked why they wouldn’t let us have two cars on our site, and told us how there were 3 cars on our site the night before. I went back to reception to ask if I could pay a fee to have another car on our site, because we have already all paid to stay here and it is the only sleeping accommodation we have for half of our group. The first woman I talked to was clearly uncomfortable with the policy, and just shook her head. The previously mentioned “bad mood” staff member charged over and loudly shouted that it’s the policy of the campground. I explained that when we booked over the phone, we were told it was fine.
She just continued to say “1 car per site” over my explanations. I asked what the policy is for, despite knowing it’s just for the RAC chain to make as much money as possible. She continued to shout “it is 1 car per campsite, that’s the campground policy. ” She never even told me where I could move our other car.

So with no explanation, and terrible treatment, we have paid to be here and have no where to sleep.
We have seen other sites with multiple cars and they had no issues. We were targeted within our first five minutes here purely because the angry staff member had it out for us for being young travelers. Multiple sites have exceeded the 1 car rule.

We paid for this glorified parking spot on the dirt. There is no valid reason that our second car can’t be there.

This is a ridiculous policy, but completely unacceptable treatment. Knowing we won’t be returning may not effect this chain, but you need to have staff training and review your policies.

Had the best experience, friendly staff very clean amenities. Two great pools, neat and tidy sites, but the best thing was the toilet and showers they were nice and wide. Plenty of space and nice shower heads, the best. Thanks guys

Great camp ground, evin better that they allow furry friends
We did have cold showers most days due to a problem in the shower block but in 30° heat it didn't ruin our trip
Would definitely stay again but 1 thing they need to change is the charge for the boat washing bay, a hire fee for hose is acceptable but I think apon returning the hose this should be refunded as you are in a fishing boating and snorkeling town. People pay excessive amounts of money for their outboards and should be able to flush them apon returning from their day out, other camper also don't want to smell fishy boats due to the affordability of a $10 a day motor flush and quick rinse of esky boat and rods etc.
We had 3 boats on our 2 sites 1 boat was to big for the park so was parked it externally.
Not a winge as such just something people should be aweare of as we spent 10 day's their fishing or boating daily sometimes twice a day.

A good caravan park with excellent facilities. Sadly it is so good it is very busy. Might benefit from a separate section for fishermen, banging doors, talking loudly, warming cars up, setting off alarms etc at 5.30 am!

May as well camped on a dirt car park. Like being in the desert if you end up in the new section, so tent campers need ground cover. May be good in 5 years when the trees grow.

Very rude lady on reception made false accusations against me and was less than helpful with all my requests for assistance. If you want to be a sardine with noisy uncontrolled neighbours, it's for you. As an RAC Gold member, I was very disappointed with my treatment and the lack of compliance with the park’s standards of behaviour.

Amenities were good, the campsites were amply spaced apart, the pool areas were welcomed and it was walking distance from restaurants if you wanted to eat out.

We found the experience of this caravan park not very pleasant. It was seriously hot and we were put down the back of the park with no shade or grass. The red gravel on the ground is extremely hot. There were plenty of sites with grass and some trees which were vacant. However the ladies in the office were very nice.
