RAC Esperance Holiday Park

Probably the best caravan park on our whole trip for sites, location and 5 star amenities. Highly recommended

We recently stayed in a dog friendly chalet was not to the beautiful pool love how this caravan has been revamped. We definitely will be back

Beautiful location very clean facilities amazing had everything you need showers are awesome

The park has been newly renovated and we are very happy with our cabin which overlooks the esplanade and water. The staff are welcoming and the facilities are excellent. They have thought of everything! Can’t wait to return.

Nice stay overall but very, very noisy with traffic noise down the back of the park! Would be nicer closer to the front of the park near the ocean but this area seemed closed off. Loved the online check in and check out process and the park itself is well kept and maintained, but really couldn't sleep being so close to the road, we ended up leaving a day early which was a shame as we'd liked to have enjoyed it for longer.

We ended up staying for over a week. The caravan park is fabulous it’s all so new and clean. And dog friendly. The staff are great and very helpful. I would recommend this caravan park to everyone. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Esperance

Very nice location, modern facilities. Has a pool, BBQs and a camp kitchen. Kitchen has fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, toaster amd kettle.

Amazing buildings and renovations look beautiful. However:
-there is NO GRASS for tents it would’ve been nice to know earlier than having to struggle
-the kids are reckless and were chasing after the car when we were leaving to see sights. They also break the rules constantly: leaving their bikes in places they’re not allowed to go in. They were also in the middle of the street and wouldn’t move when they saw us, they expected us to go into the opposing lane just to avoid them. There were a group of kids yelling at us while we weee driving too.
-STAFF: please tell the kids off as a serious accident could happen here.
But if we ignore the problems the campground has very clean facilities and a wonderful location overlooking the ocean.

We stayed here for two days and totally loved it. It has great facilities like great powered tent sites (heavy duty pegs recommended), lots of counters/room in shared kitchen, plenty clean showers and toilets (free), payed laundry, DOG WASH, BBQ, swimming pool, beach views and recreational room with a reading section, free wifi etc

So crowded you could hardly move without upsetting your neighbour. Had to book for a week but stayed 3 nights. Even though there were loads of spaces available Amenities were clean but they should be as it is new. Great Park for kids but be careful as they're are so many cars moving around the place. Not sure we will return

Wow. Beautiful caravan park. Newly renovated. Big shower heads. Amazing camp kitchen and a relaxing area with large TV. And beautiful pool with views over the water.

I have never had to make a bad review before but this is the worst, the staff were disrespectful, unhelpful and racist. We were booking 4 nights with 1 bedroom studio and 3 bedroom bay villa. On our second day when we came back from outside and noticed that the air conditioner were leaking, we let the staff know that the air con is leaking and sofa bed is wet. She came to our room to have a look and she said the manager and the maintenance staff can not make it today which is understandable. Though, after she made a phone call she told us that the manager will be in to check and fix it the next morning then she went back to her office because we forgot to ask her what time the manager is coming in. Instead of telling us what time the manager coming in she told us that if we’re not happy we can leave and go stay somewhere else in a very rude way, I was ver stunned from the words that came out from her mouth, how could you say that to your customer, she’s so unprofessional. I then said no to her and said I have book this for more than 6 months ago and I have paid for it so no way we’re not leaving. I then asked her again about roughly what time is your manager coming in as we have plans and schedule for the day, she replied 8 am and turned herself away. After that she called us to go to her office to get the bucket and towel, we said no and tell to bring bring it our room because we were out for dinner already. The most shocking part is when the manager came in the morning and we explained what happened how your staff have been treating us, instead of apologising and ask us to explain in more details he said that maybe it’s because we were rude to her first. I noticed straight away why she’s so confident with her bad attitude because her manager is always backing her up. We’ve stayed in hotels and resorts around world and this is the worst customer service I ever had.

Staff friendly and very helpful.
New Amenities throughout the park (couple little problems)
Roads are now bitumen.
Great camp kitchens throughout the park.
Great entertainment area.
Park has updated heaps.
Well done RAC Esperance.

Amenities a bit dated but I think they are getting a refit in May.

Super place well laid out and amazing new clean amenities with so much for the kids to do and see, close to the beach and shops

This park is on a 4 lane main road. You apparently need to request the quiet side of the park otherwise you will be put on the noisey side which means no sleep.

Lovely location, right across the road from the beach, facilities for kids great, pool & playground, great large grassed sites! Lovely toilet facilities, but not checked regularly enough, not clean, too many time was caught short no toilet paper, bins were over flowing & rubbish not emptied, that a not having a concistent checking in staff, made us feel, they are letting RAC good name down!

Brilliant location right on the beach and close to town. The size is clean, safe, well maintained and the toilet block doesn't have keypads which saves us having to go with the kids on every bathroom trip.
Nice pool and park and decent sized pitches. Great for families with young kids.

All the facilities are beautiful and very new. Camp kitchen, ablution, laundry, games room, indoor dining areas, bbq sites, dog wash and swimming pool Perfect spot to camp in Esperance as it’s a beachfront. Beam scooters are also nearby

Great site. Big beautiful trees around. Plenty of shade. All the facilities are new and clean. Great showers with good pressure. Sites are a reasonable size. They have a dog wash facility of site too which is awesome after days at the beach!
