RAC Cervantes Holiday Park reviews
69A lovely peaceful park with great pool and camp kitchen, clean amenities, and a cafe on site with beaut coffee and cake. It's right at the beach, and run by friendly staff. This was our second stay here and can't wait to return.
What a lovely spot Ladies in the office are so helpful in getting an easy spot to drive into we booked for 4 nights. Highly recommend Garry and Debbie
BBQ was reported faulty at Easter 2021 still faulty still has same sign on it August 2021
SHAME RAC
Water for showers was warm at best. Beach is not the type you would swim in. No waves at any time we went down. No decent paths for walking along the coast. Free internet although it kept dropping out. Ended up using out own. We were only 40 metres away from reception. This is a good place for caravans to stop over night. Had a pool and large kitchen which was good, shared with villas.
Despite the atrocious weather, torrential rain, hail and gale force winds we made the best of it and had a great time with our friends. It was our maiden caravan voyage. We have a lot to learn and purchase to be ready for our big trip in August and September. We will be back to stay at RAC Cervantes when the weather is much nicer ago we can actually sight see without greeting saturated.
Lovely park with heated pool and small playground, great to keep kids entertained. There is a huge Camp Kitchen (actually to posh to call a camp kitchen) and games room with tv, ping-pong table and pool table. Landscaping was lovely with log seats scattered so you could just sit and soak up the atmosphere. Quick walk to local shops and beach. Great base to visit the Pinnacles and stromatolites.
Nice little spot. Clean amenities. Caravan pads need work. Only stayed 1 night at $40.50 with RACQ discount. Lobster Shack worth a visit for a yumno meal.
This is a beautiful park. You're just a walk away from the beach. Excellent staff who go the extra mile to make the experience one to remember. They are very accommodating to your needs and to have a friendly chat. The amenities are always clean and they have great facilities. On the holidays they have activities for the children. Heated pool. You can just tell everybody is having an enjoyable stay, lots of smiling faces. Oh, and a bonus the cafe! Be sure to check it out.
All the facilities, staff and park in general is amazing! You must try the smashed avo at the cafe as well.
Absolutely an amazing holiday park. Facilities are the best. Camp Kitchen is remarkable and by far the best. Staff are helpful and engaging. Definitely.highly recommend
If you have a van and want to see the Pinnicles this place is the closest place and the most expensive. Park was ok the sunset was great the beach covered in weed and the loboster shack closed at 3pm
So we never actually got to make it to the site. I booked on line via Big 4 Caravan Parks (I thought the site belonged to them). However it turned out I needed a vaccination certificate for my dog which I don't currently have to be able to go to their site (that was a first for me also) so be aware anyone who is booking (I wonder if humans need a vaccination certificate too?) So I had to cancel the booking and asked for a refund. The payment for $42.00 was made on 24th May. Small amount? Yep, and you would think there would be no problem in having it returned yet here I am still waiting. The service of the administration team is really bad and the attitude is even worse. They have continually made out that it is my problem and I need to chase it up with Big 4 (who also by the way have not returned my call). So going from the attitude of the staff I would daresay I wouldn't venture to spend time at this park. In this day and age it is all about attitude and service, if you don't give it you don't get customers. Wake up Cervantes!
Very nice house, well equiped. Even wheelchair friendly. The bathroom was big but no laundry facilities and only a mini sink.no cabinets or shelves.
Nice atmosphere, in front of the pool area, near the beach.
Personal war unhöflich, WLAN wird angepriesen bekommst aber nur 500MB dann muss man zahlen. Das einzige schöne war dort die Leute die waren freundlich lustig.
While the Pool area and campers kitchen and other improvements at the front of the park are amazing, the ablution block closest to our site was very badly in need of an upgrade, and probably the worst we have seen in 18 months camping around the South West. The advertising quite misleading, as was expecting the whole site to be of a similar standard to the pictures. RAC you can do better. The location is great, close to beach and town.
Nice overall, baby/child bathroom was tidy but not clean. Smelt yucky and looks like they barely mop the floors properly
Great holiday park close to Perth.
The park is undergoing constant improvements making it a great close to Perth holiday destination.
Right on the beach. We had a new two bedroom cabin, equiped with a three quarter size, two door, fridge freezer, four burner gas hob, microwave oven, our own gas bbq, dishwasher, smart TV's, but no oven.
The park is well equiped, with a cafe, swimming pool, magnificent camp kitchen and games room.
Free WiFi is available and the beach is next door.
A great big camp kitchen, lovely hot showers & wonderful laundry. Plus great staff who helped me park.
Spent a week in Cervantes caravan park, found the manager rude and maybe she could smile once in awhile. The other lady Michelle was lovely.
Toilets were only clean once a day, knowing the park was full.
Every morning there was a purid smell
Being a rac caravan park this is the worst I've been to, I defiantly would not rush back.
