I had booked in at 1030am and paid for 3 nights on powered site and was told that we can not come in till 1230pm I do not know why the park was only half full. IN THE MEAN TIME WE PARKED UP THE ROAD WAITING TO GET IN.my wife had a bad medical turn. I again told them of our situation and we had to leave cervantes and procced to closer medical centre. I advised the RAC C PARK Cervantes of this and would not be able to stay I asked for a refund and was told that I can not get a refund because it was not there policy I again told them of our situation the response was still the same no refund. I find this heart less and unacceptable attitude its all about the money no compassion. I will not recommend this park and will not stay there again.

Can't speak to the rooms as we camped however the facilities were excellent. Clean and modern. Very friendly staff at reception and around the grounds

Small coastal town with great little caravan park with good facilities, little cafe and bikes to hire for the kids. Close to the lobster shack, with an awesome sea lion tour you should go on. Only one general store in town or 20min drive to Jurien Bay’s IGA - very windy place!

Stayed here for 3 days, have a 22.6 caravan and the site we were given was very large, this is a busy park but very quiet. The pool area is well set out and the reasonable new amenities were very clean. The showers have large round shower heads so great showers. It is a dog friendly park however couldn’t take dog for Beach walks. Not far to drive to Pinnicals which are awesome, not much else to do in area, worth a drive up to Jurien Bay from here.overall would recommend a stay for a few days

Great facilities unless you're right at the rear near the tent area where the amenities are old and worn. Nice pool and excellent camp kitchen again only if you're up the front of the park if at the back the camp kitchen if you can call it that is terrible meaning you need to walk all the way to the front for quality.

Great location, by the ocean, bit windy, however the Aldi tent held up. Great amenities and facilities. Doesn't have freezers in kitchen and games room could be improved. Nevertheless. We loved it.

A lot of money spent on amenities blocks and pool area BUT no sullage drainage, just running along the ground with consequences for your neighbours

Great park but for us to back into site 41 it was very tight and ground at this site very uneven we only had a 13' van

We have just spent the weekend camping at RAC Cervantes and we enjoyed our stay. We camped on a grass site, the pool was loved by myself and the kids. Camp kitchen was nice and had plenty of room, the amenities and kitchen kept clean everyday. I really liked getting an email for early check in and getting a message with our site number the morning of our arrival which made it easy arriving. Liked the cafe on site and the beach was only a small walk.

RAC, done a good job but the caravan sites need sorting out and all the stones on the sites need some tender care this is our third year of visits two year ago it wasn't opened by R A C must say they did a fantastic job with the ablosion blocks even considered the very young kids made the toilet pans small enough for them to sit comfortably while doing their job pity they didn't consider the sites

A great place to stay. Staff are outstanding. Fantastic facilities for children. I had an issue (nothing to do with the site, facilities or staff) and I was incredibly impressed how it was dealt with. I highly recommend this place. Pinnacles, wedge island, Jurien bay, hangover bay, fishing, 4WD, photography all within 15 mins of this place. The staff are exceptional!

Park facilities were great but the holiday makers are inconsiderate. People staying up and being extremely loud with music on until midnight. So many sick adults and kids constantly coughing waking everyone up. No staff checking on curfew. When travelling with kids that need to rest it's frustrating. The General Store had no bread for days neither did the servo. Rant over!

Lovely park right besides the beach. Excellent facilities that are well maintained. Unfortunately some of the people staying here were not treating the facilities well and were leaving a mess, however the cleaners were onto it.
Great heated pool, large games room, kids movie nights, huge shared kitchen, cafe on site, dog friendly. What more could you ask for!
Unfortunately the beach in front isn't dog friendly but that's not the fault of the holiday park!

Great caravan park. Right by the sea, close to everything in town - we walked or cycled everywhere. The new facilities are excellent, the older facilities are exactly that - old. I assume these will be refurbished in due course. Coffee at the cafe was good. It has a swimming pool and playground, and there is a playground outside as well. Sites are well position and spaced. It was not overcrowded when we were there but, being the only caravan park in town, I can imagine it can get packed in peak times. We would stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay. RAC are the best in camp kitchens and swimming pools. Friendly helpful staff and a wonderful booking system. I hope RAC continue to buy up caravan parks and turn them into family friendly resorts. Well done

We stayed here for 4nts on an unpowered site. Enjoyed the stay, amenities are always clean, the pool is heated and they have a big games room. It is close to the beach and has a Cafe. We found the water pressure a little low however adequate.
