RAC Cervantes Holiday Park

Very quaint, cozy and quiet place. Amenities were very new and well kept. Will definitely stay there again next visit!

The best caravan park we have stayed in yet! Beautiful new amenities, so tidy, heated pool, movies for kids and an amazing camp kitchen. Large bays. Close to the beach & kids playground. The owners and staff were lovely and so accommodating!

First class park with exceptional facilities. Ablution block was possibly the cleanest I have seen at any caravan park and the communal kitchen was nicer than a lot of people have in their homes
Add to that a beachside location, generous sites, swimming pool, games room, playgrounds and pedal cart hire
We will be going back.

This is our fourth year staying here in our caravan. We always enjoy it once we get over the wind however I witnessed four near misses with cars clearly exceeding the speed limit and kids playing on their bikes. RAC bangs on about road safety but looks the other way when its within the confines of their parks. I'm afraid that its going to take an accident to address the issue.

Just loved the quiet lifestyle with pet friendly room.
Access to the foreshore is excellent. Great walking paths.

Sad to see the improvements at the front of the park yet absolutely nothing done to the caravan sites. No grass, just grey sand and billions of wind blown leaves. Ablutions are archaic and desperately need replacing.

I recently stayed at RAC Cervantes. The park was neatly maintained and well equipped however overall our experience was poor. A week prior it took 2 follow up emails and a week for someone to respond to my enquiry. On the day of check in we tried to call from 4.30pm on Friday to advise we were running late and get the info for the after hours check in, noone answered and we left a message but by 5.30pm noone had called back. We called tried calling back several more times but still no answer. I eventually get a text message at 6pm with the details luckily i had reception. The staff were incredibly rude at the reception and was blatantly ignoring phone calls. We had booked a West side uncovered camp site that looked nothing like the images advertised and the entire area was covered in prickles. It's such a shame that this place is so poorly run. I won't be recommending or returning

Don't choose the unpowered tents west. There was live music playing behind the camp sites until 1am. After that they still had other music playing.

The amenities were fine

Our second time staying here in 6 weeks, the wind is getting uncomfortable now, so this morning, as the caravan park is fairly empty, we requested to change the site we're on to one in the middle of the park for some shelter, was told it can't be done as they are fully booked for the weekend, asked her why we couldn't just swap sites as at the moment most are empty, turns out it's because last time she accommodated paying customers she confused herself and it took her an hour and a half to sort it out! Will NOT be staying here again.very poor service

I would have given 4 stars if we weren't targeted by the "park caretaker". So, the park is amazing and has great facilities throughout, not to mention the location and close proximity to the beach. The only slight issue is how close some of the plots for setting up were together, and some of the older travellers having no regard for children playing.
We booked as a large group supporting our kids football team and did ask to be put together to minimise any issues or nuisances with other campers this didn't happen, however, this wasn't of an issue and those campers who set up in between us were really amazing. The issue we did have however, was being told at 8: 30pm to start being quiet (curfew is at 10pm) and told to disperse so that it was easy for us to not make noise. We asked what the issue was as we had no music and were just talking, she just said everyone around was complaining, however in our general area there were plenty of other caravans playing music and being jovial. After this our older children being accompanied by one of our 18 y.o boys were escorted back by this caretaker in order to keep them safe, and these older children were asked not to be out at the park alone, even though I walked past after this lady escorted the kids back to witness 30-40 other children playing (kids being kids). We then told our kids that she was targeting them and to stay in a caravan that was apart of our group. This caretaker has then spooked the kids by snooping around the window, and then entering the caravan to tell the kids to be quiet. Simply not warranted behaviour by a caretaker, nor by an adult at all.

Really nice caravan park with excellent amenities. The west camping ground is close to beach access and views of the sunset. Large wide tent spots allowing some distance from other campers. Carparking is a little tricky with a narrow laneway and needing to reverse is. Large shared kitchen with many sinks, fridges and microwaves. Shared playground with undercover benches and BBQ facilities. Pool is larger with both a shallow and deep end. Range of bathrooms, for both parents and accessible. The parent's bathroom has baths. There is a laundry plus a small cafe that does ice and coffees. No explicit noise limit times, but gets fairly quiet at 10pm. West side also has some shared BBQs and tables. Overall a great experience.

Very quiet off peak, but nice and relaxing. We had been past plenty of times and even stopped in for a look, but never stayed. Glad we did. Rac caravan park is nice, with plenty of big bays and recreation area.

Well 4th time back here! Another fantastic 4 days away, had a great time and so did the kids, perfect spot and great amenities and lovely reception staff, we'll be back again!

We loved our stay at RAC Cervantes Holiday Park. We pitched a tent for two nights and experienced clean facilities. The grounds are well maintained and staff are friendly and helpful. It is a great location to site see, yet also have the ocean on your door step to enjoy a walk along the beach. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved the park.
There is something for everyone and close to the beach.
This will be our go to place now with the family.

This site got all the facilities but the customer service of staff was probably zero star. No smiles, no welcome. We hired one of equipment for an hour and we got a call to return them 5 minutes before we finish using them. People need to understand if someone coming on holiday they can make their holidays extra special just by passing few smiles and some nice welcomeness. I will Probably never use that camp site again. I used Busselton one from RAC and I will give Busselton one 5 star. So disappointed from this place.

Even though we were near the older amenities they were very clean. Lovely coffee at the cafe. Kids park is awesome and the pool and campers kitchen are amazing. We will be back

Good place good price many things to do, nice staff good utilities and recreational activities.
