Had my CRV serviced for the third and the last time here.beside to filthy cleaning job inside and out, they forgot to record the work done in the logbook and I had to return for logging, no apologies was offered.
Today my wife realized that the label for the next service reminder also not installed!
I reckon they want you forget the next service Km, so when you get hammered with their reminders you quickly give up and go for the next service.
I won’t comeback Prestige Honda.
I don’t recommend.
HONESTY IS A KEY ELEMENT FOR BUSINESS

I just got a new battery replaced last week because the centre tells me the life of my current battery doesn't last long. However, the battery only has 12.2V, not 12.8V. Honda disappoints me, and the service centre needs to be more manageable.

Would personally recommend Honda Prestige personnel Jonathan - mechanic and Alan (advisor) for their professionalism towards our last Honda CR-V year end servicing. From the service car lease, customer friendly approach to our queries until final vehicle handover it’s top notch quality service. I would commend these staff. Well done!

Have worst experience with ROBERT,
With not interested in closing the sale. He was rude and arrogant. Not worth my time. Glad i took my business elsewhere.

Booked for service on Saturday at 8.30 am with expected work to be completed in 2 to 3 hours time. I waited in the lounge area with my 4 years old daughter. After around 2.30 hours, I asked for status update and they said it will be ready in 20 mins. But when I saw outside, my car was at same location where I parked at 8.30 am and they didn't even started working on my car. I was very disappointed, again asked service desk about when it will be ready. They said sorry we cant complete it today come on Monday and offered loan car to go home and return gain on Monday. On Monday afternoon they called and said even though it is caped service you will have to pay $281 extra for other parts. I paid these extra amount in order not to waste any more time with service. So Saturday wasted 3 hour and again Monday 1 hour with additional $281 extra, Is this what you call good service? Very disappointed!

Great service!
No pressure or sales tactics, they just fully explained the car and features and knew their product inside out.
We had a full 30 minute test drive with everything explained and no pressure to buy.
Adrian and the manager were great.
Absolutely love our new Honda CRV!

Job was done quicker than promised. No wheelchair friendly access to raised levels. Reception a bit frosty because we arrived early. Grease/Hand marks on door. Long way from my location as Honda have reduced the number of Service Centres.

Andreas is a good sales person very friendly
Anything that you after the car, you can always come to see him n he will give a better deal for the car and he is very helpful with anything.he always follow up if we need something else.

Update to previous review
All the dramas and inconvenience below still happened, but their subsequent dealing with it was very good. When I brought the car in for the repair, they offered to do the work for free as they recognised the inconvenience it had caused me. A $300 repair covered swings things back in their favour.

I booked my car in for a service plus a repair, giving them 2 weeks notice of what part needed replacing so it could be done at the service. When I picked it up form the service they told me that I was correct as to which part needed replacing and would now order it in. This meant I had to come back 2 weeks later to replace a part that they hadn't ordered in as requested.

When I brought it back, they called me that afternoon to tell me they'd dropped the new part and would need to order it in again, and would have a replacement in the next few days.

3 Weeks later I called them back as they'd not notified me of the new part coming in. They're now claiming an issue with the courier coming in and that's why it has taken so long.
