Very disappointing - I just got my car back from having drivers door actuator and door handle cable fitted. (I refused to go to Honda North after being over charged for resetting my clock) I wanted 'Honda professionals' to do this work - the head mechanic insisted that I take the car without the car door being properly fixed. The door handle, new cable didn't open the door - his logic was there was another part which must be broken inside the door, and the issue was not their problem. I argued the logic and he was forced to double check his work - the door handle cable was not fitted correctly. Mistakes can happen to anyone, but they where soo quick to dismiss my simple logic - left me with a very bad feeling - Ill not go back there after that.

Worse customer services ever, especially sales used car and the manager on that section, he is unpolite and doesn't have any knowledge of customer service at all, never back again.

WOW.just WOW.collected my car back from service today, half way driving home I heard a loud bang and followed by dragging noise non-stop, thought the engine blew up! Stopped and had a look engine is ok but found out the under tray was dragging on the road surface, apparently after they forgot to plug back the pins, only one is intact, had to drive like this, dragging the under tray on the road all the way home, would you believe it? Called they on road side they told me to drive back yeah right, they just had to send someone to my home tomorrow 9: 00am to get the tray fixed as we need the car for work!

Shocking service! Booked for an usual yearly service and the tax invoice has indicated along with all other description of the tasks carried out 'Inspected tyre condition & rotate tyres'. Person at the counter showed the mechanics report which indicated that all 4 tyres are 4" and requires replacement soon. Trully shocked to receive such a report when only 3 weeks ago I have replaced all 4 tyres at Bridgestone! Notified the person this and all he did was to go and check the tyres and agreed that it was a wrong report. The credibility of the report and all the tasks they have done has become questionable. Will never go back there again!

Very dodgy and dishonest dealer. I bought a civic 6 months ago and when it took it for servicing they said I need to pay 300 extra on top my regular servicing as some parts needs changing. The car was semi new only done 24k and I was told that the first services would be very minimum as all parts have been checked and nothing needs changing. This dealer shouldn’t be trusted at all. Now I am stuck and have to pay whatever they want.

Never again at Prestige Honda Car Service at Melville. Ripped off every time I have my car serviced there. Twice that was not done properly. One time the airbags were left open and I let it pass. This recent one, break pads were not noticed that it was due for replacement despite me asking them if it was okay since the last service from Bridgestone, it was suggested that it would be due for change on my next service. Instead, Prestige Honda Melville recommended something to be carried out that cost me $800+ in total. Not even after a month after this service, I had the break pads replaced. Another incident, I ordered silver spoiler but provided me with red one. Just had it repainted with silver.
My fault that I went back there again despite the traumatic incidents. I should have learned my lessons. NEVER AGAIN.
Praying for them to be honest enough to their customers, have the integrity and be genuine with their dealings.

Had my CRV serviced for the third and the last time here.beside to filthy cleaning job inside and out, they forgot to record the work done in the logbook and I had to return for logging, no apologies was offered.
Today my wife realized that the label for the next service reminder also not installed!
I reckon they want you forget the next service Km, so when you get hammered with their reminders you quickly give up and go for the next service.
I won’t comeback Prestige Honda.
I don’t recommend.
HONESTY IS A KEY ELEMENT FOR BUSINESS

I just got a new battery replaced last week because the centre tells me the life of my current battery doesn't last long. However, the battery only has 12.2V, not 12.8V. Honda disappoints me, and the service centre needs to be more manageable.

Have worst experience with ROBERT,
With not interested in closing the sale. He was rude and arrogant. Not worth my time. Glad i took my business elsewhere.
Thank you BMW busrwood, it was a pleasure to deal with them.

Booked for service on Saturday at 8.30 am with expected work to be completed in 2 to 3 hours time. I waited in the lounge area with my 4 years old daughter. After around 2.30 hours, I asked for status update and they said it will be ready in 20 mins. But when I saw outside, my car was at same location where I parked at 8.30 am and they didn't even started working on my car. I was very disappointed, again asked service desk about when it will be ready. They said sorry we cant complete it today come on Monday and offered loan car to go home and return gain on Monday. On Monday afternoon they called and said even though it is caped service you will have to pay $281 extra for other parts. I paid these extra amount in order not to waste any more time with service. So Saturday wasted 3 hour and again Monday 1 hour with additional $281 extra, Is this what you call good service? Very disappointed!

Came here to buy parts for my Honda and waiting for more than 20 minutes but staffs keep walking past us and no one even consider us as human beings! Worst customer service!: (

I really had a bad car maintain service in there because I had the same problem happened again after serviced paid by over $1300 and they made a quote again have to change a new audio base.
I actually found another mechanic services and they figure it out easily with cheap price.
I felt disappointed.
Never go again.

Very bad experience, went to see a car, the first guy was very nice and helpful, he said there was a car at the garage that he thought I would like, he ask his manager if they can bring it out he said yes the car came and for sure I like it but the manager request that we should not turn off the car as it still need to go back to the garage with was okay, so I proceed to put an offer on the car which the other guy was happy with we went inside then he went to ask his manager if the offer was okay the manager came and said I have to let you go I will not take that price he never asked if we can add more, almost like he was kicking us out, stood at the door and said I have to let you go, never suggest other options, at that moment I almost thought I had a bad body odder that was bothering him, just letting him know I was willing to pay for that price just wanted to see how far we can go

Honda make great cars but Prestige Honda bring down the name of Honda. Honda advertise a 12month rego, Prestige give 6 months. Prestige will tell you the car will be 2020 but ring you the day before delivery to say it's 2019. Not good.

Had car serviced here, took almost an hour after expected pick up time, only wanted a 167$ servicing bill ended up at 303$ even though I said no other servicings.

Was advised the tyres on my mothers car need to be replaced, reluctantly agreed to get the work done during the service. After discovering the car has only done 28k KM I asked to inspect the old tyres as was advised by the same service dept that the service life is expected between 50-60k KM. The service was completed at 4.30PM and the car collected at 8.00AM to following day. Conveniently the tyres were no longer at the service centre. Will not be going back, do not recommend!

Job was done quicker than promised. No wheelchair friendly access to raised levels. Reception a bit frosty because we arrived early. Grease/Hand marks on door. Long way from my location as Honda have reduced the number of Service Centres.

I have always had a pleasant experience at Prestige, which is why I keep going there. The service staff is friendly and accommodating, which is why I don't mind driving that little bit further even though I have other Honda dealers closer to home.

I bought a Honda Civic VTi-S throught Adrian Wong. I cannot rate Adrian highly enough. Professional, knowledgeable, non-pushy service with a big smile. I changed my mind a few times, and he was very accommodating each and every time I went in. Genuine nice bloke with a good sense of humour to top it off. His after sales service was also very efficient. I will definitely buy from there again! If you need a new car, go and se Adrian.
