Massive Thank you to the guys who helped fix my iPhone SE.

A few things I noted during my experience

1.) I emailed on Thursday night and got a response first thing Friday morning - Excellent communication!

2.) Made an online booking the next day - Easy to use booking system!

3.) Brought phone into store - Friendly staff, knew my issue and who I was and I didn't need to explain everything again! Great knowledge

4.) SMS or Email to say Phone was ready for collection! I couldn't remember exactly, but Phone was repaired on time and no other charges!

Overall 10/10 and I recommended them to my brother who brought in his own phone that same afternoon! Highly recommended to my friends and family who have phone dramas!

Phone ninja are a good local business, that I would rather go to than the stands in the shops. Local people with a ton of knowledge about phones. Little bit pricey for what I would expect to be honest, however the final product they handed back to me was of great quality and standards. If I ever do have a phone problem again I will definitely not hesitate to go back. The staff are friendly and tried to explain everything that they possibly could, without confusing me, which was great too.

I was very happy with the service I received at Phone-Ninja Willetton.   
I made an appointment online so got a $10 discount & thankfully the ipad only needed the glass replaced & not more.   I got a call the same afternoon to say ready & picked it up the next day.   Service was friendly & prompt.   Will be recommending phone-ninja.

Your website is informative and straightforward, Bradley was easy and straightforward to deal with when I made an error in the booking, very responsive with new info. The big one was, that the job cost exactly what I was quoted.

The tech at the Belmont shop was friendly and knowledgably and on time with the repair.

Thanks for repairing my Samsung Galaxy S8 – the rear glass was cracked and the repair took only an hour and looks perfect, plus great price too. Thoroughly recommend you guys.

Not very professional. Screen repair was not done very well and the screen protector was wosre (broke and peeled off within two days). Had problems with the screen And had to go to another store to get it fixed on a Sunday. Was told it was sub-standard work and that the screen had been recycled and was not new. Really un happy with how they did the job and dealt with it.

Great service! Prompt, efficient and friendly. The job done was top notch. You get quality materials for a decent price.

Ben at Belmont store was fabulous, he kept me informed about my repairs the whole way through. He had an issue with a part fitting however was unable to contact me due to me not having another contact number. (Entirely out of his control) however when I arrived at the agreed pickup time he explained the issue clearly and we agreed on a later pick up time. Very happy with service and pricing.

Did a quick fix on my iPhone for free, they could have easily still charged a fee, but didn't which was very decent of them, definitely would recommend.

I was extremely happy with the service received. I felt I received a good price for the required fix and it was completed well in advance of the proposed time.

I was also given advice about another device issue and will certainly look to recommend the service to others.

Took my iphone 6 to the apple store, where they said the phone was damaged and so could not be opened to change the battery. Took these guys less than a hour to get my phone good as new.

Excellent website, very easy to book appointment for battery replacement. I arrived on time, only waited about 3 minutes to be served. Phone was checked first to ensure it was a battery problem. Highly recommended.

Repair samsung galaxy s7 before month 19/6/2018 is unclear screen with blue dark colour in screen have 3 month warrant show them they said impact cracked isn’t cover warrant deal new issue about money to pay again say tham not cover warrant three month before one month u repair ninja mobile.

I am very happy with the service I got from the South of the River store last week. Not only did they do a great job replacing my iphone 6s screen but the job was done in very quick time while I waited in-store.
The service I got exceeded my expectations and I'd like to congratulate the guys on doing such a great job.

These guys are great. They are honest and efffcient. A pleasant surprise. Fixed my surface pro quickly and for a fair price. Highly recommended. I can’t believe the very few negative comments, but these guys have perfectly explained all the negative comments. Come on people, recognise a great little business when you experience it and lay off the dumb comments when you should be taking responsibility for your own mistakes. Keep up the great work guys.
