Went to them with a broken back glass on my Xiaomi 12 Pro, they said they can't do it since they don't have the replacement parts, which is not that complicated to order. I asked if they would do it if I get the replacement parts myself (not complicated, just order on AliExpress), said they "won't touch it". It's honestly a simple fix.

Taken my old pixel to get screen repaired twice, other places don't service older pixel models. Also enquired about a repair and received some over email troubleshooting which was extremely helpful!

Paid 300 plus postage to have Xbox series x HDMI port got it home didn't work sent it back all I got was attitude pffft just buy a new Xbox 400 down so far including postage still broken but took my money now want more money avoid like the plague

I Received a faulty battery from Phone Ninja Willetton, which caused my phone to continuously crash.

I am interstate until the expiration of the warranty so was denied assistance.

Went here to get my old iPhone's screen replaced. I called ahead and received a reasonably competitive quote, but was informed that the repair would take approximately 3 hours. When I arrived, I was asked for my passcode and presented with a liability waiver to sign. At this point I became uncomfortable so decided to take my business elsewhere. 

I returned to a repair shop in Victoria Park that I had previously used. Within 10 minutes, my phone was fixed at a much lower price, with no waiver to sign and no request for my phone passcode. 

This experience raised concerns for me why a phone repairer would require access to someone's personal passcode for hardware repairs. This seems unnecessary, as my phone now has a brand-new screen and is functioning properly. 

Just a suggestion to others to exercise caution and take a moment to consider if they want to provide their phone passcode to a repairer.

Good experience but need to stock more of the common colours they only had one black on hand and someone had it on hold (s21 ultra), sort of my fault for not making a appointment and just walking in.

Very happy with the service, great customer service, everything was explained soundly.
Had granddaughters iPhone screen fixed, cheapest around and the young man did a great job.
Will definitely use again.

Thanks for fixing our son’s Switch screen. You were open and honest about possibilities and prices and also what could happen if it was unfixable. We knew where we stood. Was not expecting the ‘ready for collection’ email so quickly! The next day. Easy to get to, professional service.
Shop service counter area itself could do with a lift somehow- paint? ….

Ive had 2 devices repaired at Phone Ninja Willetton over the past year. Excellent service with fair prices. I always direct friends and family to them if they have phone issues.

Called ahead to ensure they would be able to repair my OLED Switch screen and they assured me they could after confirming the model with me. Drove across town and arrived to be told they definitely couldn’t and that they never would have told me otherwise.

Thanks for the great job fixing iPhone 10 screen in less than an hour and good price.

Fixed my Pixel 6 Pro when every other shop wouldn't touch it.
They were up front and honest about my phone potentially not having full functionality when they were finished. But my phone has complete functionality now and works great. Worth every dollar. Thanks!

Never seem to have anything for a phone thats older than 1 year, and if they do, its usually more expensive than other stores.

Got my iPad 5th gen screen replaced. Couldn’t of asked for a better service. They did the repair super fast, well under the quoted time frame. And did and amazing job. Thanks! Will definitely use you guys again.

For months I have endured the consequences of a dodgy repair I had done elsewhere; finally that screen packed up and I decided to give these guys ago.
I had asked for a quote by email and received a friendly and prompt response.
The price was attractive and the repair and screen seem really good quality. I've been using it a few days now and I am finally in love with my phone again. It looks good and the screen sensitivity is really good.
Only point to note (as others have said), the email estimate did say 1 hour. When I arrived at the shop I was suddenly told 2.
As it was, it took about an hour and 15 minutes, so not too bad. And 2 hours are fine too, as long as I know.
Still, all 5 stars for being so much better than anywhere else I have tried. Even got a follow up email to ask if I was happy!

Thank you so much for your excellent quick service. I felt as ease leaving my phone with you for a few hours to fix and replace both front and back screen of my Samsung. Looks like a new phone and now works perfectly.

Have always done the right thing by me, quick and cost efficient repairs.
Recently repaired my daughter’s phone and she was overjoyed with the result as opposed to the retailer’s store proposed cost and outcome.

Knowledgeable, efficient and speedy, prices were not too outlandish when it came to fixing my Ipad, certainly better than Apple in that regard! Would happily recommend.
