Phone Ninja

Wanted to like the affordability and warranty of the store, but had multiple issues with Phone Ninja over and over again. A month after getting my phone 'fixed' under warranty for the 4th time, massive, blinding lines have shown up again. Even under apple warranty I am unable to get the phone fixed at an apple certified venue with the 3rd party screen. What a waste of money, will have to now buy a new phone regardless.

Seem to know their stuff. One staff member doesn't exactly seem to be a people person but can't really hold that against them. Sometimes people aren't great.

These guys have helped me out numerous times, easy as drop off.pick up usually that day or nxt. Super bad maybe a day or 2.but quality work, never had a recurring problem after seeing these guys. 5 stars

I had a replacement screen fitted to my surface pro at the Osborne Park store this week, the greeting the time required to fix the problem were handled very professionally

Good, fast service, supplied parts & repaired phone promptly. Only issue they didn't have a Screen protector for my phone & wouldn't fit the one I supplied.

I have personally been here twice. First time for my Samsung 10 I was unable to see screen display if ON/OFF. Default button activated ‍️ My Samsung A3 no screen display, could see battery charging but nothing else - gone to mobile heaven

Booked in to replace my charging port on my Pixel as it doesn't connect properly. Instead they cleaned it out in one hour for so much cheaper and it works a treat. Thank you so much!

I got my surface pro 6 screen fixed here a while back, it was working okay for the first couple months, but then the touch screen stopped working, however the surface pen worked on it. Now recently, the surface pen is not working on it either. Should've got it fixed with Microsoft. Total waste of money and now my surface pro cannot do what I want it to do.

Best service i have ever received off a business! Outstanding. Had rear glass replacement carried out on my S20.cost me $99 instead of quoted elsewhere $249. Waited in my car outside for 25 minutes. They brought the phone out to me in the car all repaired.along with the eftpos machine. I highly recommend this business.

Not very happy had get my phone repaired front and back screen thru my insurance and this is who they reccomended we use. I thought sweet can have my phone back but no I actually can't because now it will not even charge.

I recently got the screen fixed on an iPhone XR at your Belmont location. You were recommended to me by a family member who was very happy with a recent Playstation repair.

Your staff were friendly and knowledgeable and whilst warning me of possible "side effects" of
the screen replacement (loss of data, loss of face recognition) neither of these things happened.

All in all a very positive experience, fast turnaround and your book online function is brilliant.

The $10.00 discount for booking online is the cherry on the cake!

Been there twice, first time to replace a screen on an Iphone, after two days it failed, replacement was ok. Second time went with a failing battery, told it was a main board fault, charged $25 for nothing.

I booked online and got quoted a price to replace a battery in my phone a was messaged back confirming after 10 minutes saying that the exchange would take 1 hour +
So I traveled from Butler to the Osborne park store and handed over the phone and was told it would take 2 hours.with nothing plans I walked around the stores in the area when I returned to the store I was informed that they did not have a battery in stock but the boss would be in the store in another hour with a replacement battery. So I wasted a whole morning and still no joy. A very unprofessional way to treat customers i will never return to this store again.

First time I have used Phone Ninja, very efficient with sending quote for insurance, kept me updated via email and text. Screen needed to be ordered for my mobile, repaired in 3 working days all up, very efficient. Friendly, helpful team members each time I phoned or visited the store. Thank you phone Ninja team
