Good layout, good range in all type of pet projects including fish, birds and reptiles. Can be a bit pricey but can usually find what you are after

Great store, well stocked with friendly knowledgeable staff that don't hassle you but make you feel welcome

Always have a huge range of products in stock. Such cute puppies and kitties who are always really lovely. Great range of fish as well in stock.

There was an issue with the product I purchased. I was disappointed and frustrated initially.

However the way they handled the matter franky surprised me. They were very apologetic and courteous. They were understanding and supportive. They went out of the way to rectify it. That's what you would expect from a truly professional business who puts the customer first. Petmagic lived up to the expectations and beyond.

My review is incomplete if I don't comment about the Sales person - Steve. There are 2 Steve's. I was served by Steve the employee not the manager.

Steve was a fantastic sales person. His knowledge is so vast. He is very informative and very polite/courteous. Whilst handling the matter his conduct was beyond my expectations. He is a well mannered quite a nice guy.

I would give 10 out 10 for service and customer satisfaction.

Really high quality items yet a variety of prices, for each animal type

Staff were lovely!

Selection was astonishing, from Tarantulas to puppies, Crickets to a Frilled neck lizard!

I bought a big bundle of parrot toys right before closing when they wete busy, and other than one not being put in the bag, (an issue sorted out quite efficiently the next day when I contacted them), the service was excellent and the products literally some of the best brands of interactive IQ parrot toys available in the world right now.

Its pretty good but I cant find a good starfish there was some but with cutting-edge
But its still good place and they should put more variety of marine fish

Absolutely and utterly amazing! Best pet shop I've found in Perth by far. Fabulously interesting selection of pets, I fell in love with the frilled neck lizard, and who doesnt want to visit a pet shop with puppies and tarantulas. Excellent selections of everything in the way of supplies, and extremely high quality goods only, with a variety of budgets- really something for everyone. As a person heavily into pets, an animal Behaviourist and trainer, I was impressed. As a pet owner needing things, I was ecstatic!
I loved the range of IQ bird toys! Toys made to stimulate parrots minds and beat back boredom. Traditionally these toys can be both hard to just buy instead of make, and upwards of US$50 plus a hefty international postage, each. Here, they average around the AU$20 mark and are all good, solid long lasting items from reputable manufacturers; an exciting find in WA!

Great disabled access and really lovely staff only added to a wonderful shopping experience!

Looking forwards to visiting again soon; I can hardly wait!

Good range of reptiles and fish. Knowledgeable staff. I bought two magnificent green tree frogs from there recently. Staff provided good advice.

Bought guinea pigs at Pet magic ended up getting buy 1 get 1 free because one of them was pregnant with 2 pups. 1 didn't survive after for a couple weeks while the other lived for a long time.

The team are super helpful, on both occasions for my daughter's Stent in April and now Scorpion. Very very happy.

1 Star, poor customer service and staff don't pass messages left onto relevant staff members that can help. Also sold me a Bearded Dragon that was blind in 1 eye, and when confronted to tell them to check their purchases (not a return, just to be more careful about what they buy in) I was spoken to in a rude fashion and told "we cant check everything".

Good place, variety of products and knowledge. Staff can arrogant but I noticed a few times visiting here especially the reptile people.

Good store big range specializing in reptiles and snakes but have fish dogs cats guinea pigs and other pets in store

Baught two birds here, the shop assistance was beyond helpful. Highly recommend this place especially if you're with kids.

Staff & owners are very welcoming and non-pushy. Know their stuff too and very patient with my questions about after sale aquarium care! We live 30 kms away but would rather come back to Pet Magic Canningon than our local outlet.

Disgusting.

Heaps of birds in tiny cages on the floor and stacked on top of each other. Puppies screaming and crying in tiny glasses boxes in the back of the store.

No respect for animals they sell.

Ok so i got a betta fish from pet magic four days ago and i came home today and it was dead at the bottom of the tank; i did every thing i was supposed to and it just died suddenly i would not reccomend getting fish from pet magic, theres a aquarium in Gosnells on albany highway across from the holden dealership would much reccomend going there
