Pet City Port Kennedy

Great to see that the axolotls now have optimal care. When they first got introduced to the store in port Kennedy there care was very questionable. A lot of the axolotls look sick and impacted but now they look very happy and content! Very happy with this store.

Always friendly staff, always a fun experience (sometimes I take my son there just to look at the fishing and birdies), always good prices

Normally i love these guys but to walk in there to spend my usual monthly $200 or so I was a bit taken back when I had a male staff member approach me and ask me what i was looking for and then asked me to do up my bag because the girls apparently get a bit funny when they see someone with their bag unzipped. WTF. He tried to be friendly enough but he stuck to me like glue even though I didn't require assistance. Wow just wow.
I might be going elsewhere from now on I think.

Aquarium side has expanded over the past couple of months with a good variety of fish.
Still rate this the best stores for bird/parrot cages. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very helpful and cheery staff. Prices aren't too bad and my personal favourite: free do it yourself dog bathing!

Took my eclectus parrot in and the ladies were really helpful and professional with handling and clipping his wings. Very friendly staff and the store is a great place to look around with all sorts of animals, fish and reptiles to see. It's a pleasure to see that the staff really love their animals and were well informed.
Even though I'm from Mandurah l will definitely be returning:)

I get my guinea pig and mice food and hay here all the time.
Being a member too I get discount.

I love this pet city. One staff in particular.i presume it's the manager and she is always friendly and helpful.but today i never had this experience before. I went to buy my niece a fish with her mum. And staff members were ignoring us. I then had to ask for help which I have never had to do before. It was very disappointing as I've always enjoyed the service.

Friendly helpful staff. Used the free dog wash.it was great, and decent of Pet City to supply shampoo as well!

I went and purchased a budgie today, and the man who served us was very welcoming and easy to talk to.

Today i chose a new cat frm Pet City Port Kennedy Staff lovely, very helpful, nothing to much trouble.

We took our beagle Austin into Pet City today and was informed that there was a dog groomer in store. She agreed to give Austin the works and also cut his nails. My dog has never looked so good! The groomer was obviously an expert in her field and loved dogs. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back, thank you
