Great pet shop, staff were very friendly, knew exactly what they were talking about and highly professional. They stock a great range of things here to suit all pets; fish, dogs, cats, bunnies and even spiders! Pricing was really fair for most items. Definatly recommend coming here! We will be back again.

Cannot thank the amazing staff at Pet City Port Kennedy enough. They were so incredibly friendly, helpful and patient with me while helping me with my now forever feathered friend. They took great care of my weiro until he/she was ready to come home. I've only had he/she for one day and she is the best bird I have ever had and she/he is in great health thanks to them. Would 100% recommend this place for sure

I liked some of fish so got 1 of those once and had it for a while. He died. Sad: (but maybe another time I get another fish and its try to be more alive for long? Thanks you so much. Staff friends. 10/10.

I got a new hermit crab for my first one as a friend chaos (this first crab) is very happy with his new friend binky:)

Bought a couple of fish from there just over a week ago now and didn't see that the fish we got had white spot, so even after trying to treat the tank for it all of the fish in the tank are dead or still dying off. I have a every unhappy 5 year old and now a couple of hundred out if pocket. Not to self, stick with where I normally go.

Bought a ready built dog house for $450 today. Bought it home and didn't realise it was disgusting inside.cobwebs, leaves and rubbish.truly disappointed.

I went in this morning to purchase something in which they didn't have. A lovely young lady (I'm sorry I've forgotten her name but I will edit my review) phoned around to see if they had what I was after, she took my name and details gave me loads of information

Staff are downeight rude. Sick of staff snapping Did my at me to genuinely nice enquiry. I've asked twice about getting a product to witch I got a rude nup. Won't be back.

Pet city absolutely wonderful, it was like walking through a bed of flowers on the Himalayas on a spring morning. The staff are absolutely wonderful. The big Bird and rabbits are the highlights of the shops and the cats also.

Staff are friendly, prices are reasonable, will stocked and easy to pop in with parking usually available at the door

The staff were amazing. Helping us out with questions about our new pooch and they couldn't do more to help. Will definitely be returning =)

So I have recently purchased a snake and I was a fair bit baffled until I walked in this store! A lovely young lady helped me, she knew she was looking for and offered choices and excellent information!

I haven't used a different pet store since!
