Perth Vet Emergency

My husband and I were very impressed with the service we received when we took our puppy Bella in late on a Sunday night. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Thank you to everyone at PVE for looking after my Annie so well. Was referred by my vet on 31st December 2018 as an emergency. Annie spent two days at PVE. I was kept well informed on her progress every morning plus a sms with her picture. I could also visit with her sister as many times as I liked. She has made a complete recovery. Thank you one and all.

These are the most amazing humans. Took such good care of my Cavoodle puppy. Honestly the team there are deserving of 100 stars!

At a horribly stressful time, which culminated in making the decision to euthinase my 17yo cat, the team at PVE were all extremely empathetic, supportive and understanding. They made the experience as good as it could be

Very friendly, caring and professional service all round. Not only did they look after my dog exceptionally well but were great at making sure I was ok and had all my questions answered. They kept me up to date on my dogs condition with the SMS and MMS updates providing great comfort to us after her surgery.

I'm so glad I decided to get a second opinion rather then pay the $1500 quoted for a non life threatening condition a more experienced vet was able to diagnose in 10 minutes.

The staff at Perth Vet Emergency are really kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They make you feel safe that your pet is in safe hands from the first phone call. We have visited twice with our chocolate lab who loves to get himself into trouble and injury! Both times we have left with a much happy and healthier dog. Would highly recommend this practice.

Highly advise you avoid this VET. They are more interested in money than animals. They couldn’t diagnose my dog for over 5 days. He was nearly euthanised because they didn’t have the experience/knowledge to treat him. Luckily I took him to another VET and within 2 days he made a full recovery, all he needed was antibiotics. My poor dog went through so much due to their stupidity and it cost me thousands.

After our recent experience with an after hours vet emergency I can definitely recommend PVE. Admin, nurses & the vets involved were, without exception, friendly, informative and the regular updates on progress very reassuring. Top level care.

Me and our little staffie Murphy had to do an unexpected roadtrip to this clinic. The staff was very helpful and lovely, and after the puppy had been cared for, they helped me arrange a taxi home! Thank god for 24 h vet clinics, and this one in particular!:)

Great care and lovely and compassionate staff. They arranged our insurance claim and even forwarded consult notes to our regular vet!

Thank goodness for this clinic! I was in complete shock when I took my Archibald after a dog attacked him, I was a total mess. They rushed my boy in and gave me a tea while I waited to calm me down. The team felt very knowledgeable the entire time and took the effort to comfort me also, which really made a big difference. Thank you so much, I cannot thank you enough. Strongly recommend to others.
