Was able to bring my dog who ate chocolate straight in to be seen and treated. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in an emergency.

The staff at Perth Vet Emergency were very attentive and took great care of my lil fur baby overnight during a time of emergency. They made sure I was charged for the treatment that was necessary, and my girl is now making a slow recovery Thank you for your work

I've used PVE a few times over the years and their care, compassion and professionalism have always been above and beyond.

I rushed my cat to them, but unfortunately he was beyond saving. Even though they were busy they took time to let me be with him before helping me organise after life care.
To top it all off I received a hand written note from staff with his paw prints and it is so precious to me.

My dog had difficulty breathing, and my friend took her to PVE as we were overseas. They were caring, efficient and looked after her well. They sent us photos of her to give us an update, which was nice.

We had to bring our adult rabbit to PVE on the night of 11 July, 2023. He was lethargic and not eating (very unusual!) and upon our arrival he was quickly determined to be suffering from probable GI Stasis.

When we left him in their capable hands overnight, we were texted a beautiful message “from” our rabbit telling us how well he was settling in along with a lovely photo (attached). The whole team were genuinely caring, efficient and very knowledgeable and I’m so thankful we went to PVE.

Here’s hoping we’ll never have to make a surprise visit again, but if we do, I’m reassured that there’s such an amazing team ready and waiting to do the best they can to help.

We attended PVE just after 5am this morning. This was our first time attending the clinic and under the circumstances it was difficult, however we were greeted with kindness and compassion by the nursing staff & vet.
Our sweet little Lucy, who was 18yrs old had suffered FATE. We didn't know what this was until experiencing it and it's extremely sudden & painful for a cat.
We were seen immediately and Lucy given pain relief. We had prepared ourselves for our final farewell and comforted our girl as best we could.
The nursing staff showed care, compassion and understanding towards Lucy & us while we waited for the Vet.
All steps of the euthanasia process were explained including what to expect. She passed quietly and was free from her pain.
We will be forever grateful for the kindness and care given by the 3 wonderful ladies at PVE.

Very compassionate and professional help! Felt very supported during a very stressful experience

I took my Maltese dog to Perth Vet Emergency in Yokine last Friday night around 10pm. My dog was breathing fast and in a very anxious state. Upon arrival, I was greeted by nurse Jo very promptly. She was reassuring and courteous. Within ten minutes, Vet Bridie saw my dog, checked his vitals and discussed with me her findings. I found Bridie to be a very caring and knowledgeable vet. Overall I was very impressed with the care and service I was provided. I will definitely be recommending PVE to family and friends.

Brought my beautiful 3 week old Great Dane puppy back to life! His mum and brothers and sisters are very happy. So am I. I can’t thank you enough. Dot is bossy and happy.

Despite the long wait it was absolutely amazing service, Amy constantly checked on us and Jill looked after my puppy well and gave us all the information we needed. I felt very comfortable leaving my girl, Khiya, in Amy and Jill's hands. I'd be happy to wait that long again to receive treatment we did.

I was referred to PVE by my local vet as my baby Jack needed treatment outside of normal business hours, on a Saturday. The nurses and vet were thorough with their work and diagnostic talents, they showed both compassion and care. I felt better after as the consultation as I had some answers, they referred me to Animalius for further tests. I was told to ring them any time over the weekend if needed. They even followed Monday morning to see how Jack was going. Thank you for your help.

PVE staff are amazing, so great being able to see them afterhours to help our pets out.recent visits with our little Cleo have been amazing, such caring staff and so good with her. Thank you

My partner and I really appreciate Dr Astrid looking at our puppy dog. Her face was so swollen and she was so lethargic, we were so scared that we took her here. Luckily we did, Dr Astrid was able to help our puppy and also make us feel a lot better. She was very gentle with our puppy and explained things very well and clearly for us. Now our puppy dog is all better and back to normal thank you Perth vet emergency.
