Great service, even though I was "only" in the outlet section. Really understood special needs feet. This is now my only go to store for shoes. The range in the new shoe bit looked phenomenal.

I was very, very disappointed with the service, we had 2 pairs of shoes ordered in for my mother & 2 pairs held for me. When we went to pick them up mine were put back on the shelf to be sold to someone else even when I had call to confirm we still wanted them & would be two days later than we originally planed to picked them up (in total 4 days from ordering the ones they need to bring in) as my mother needed to travel 1 hour to get to their shop.
When we went to the shop to pick up the shoe the girl that served us could hardly speak English & another sales assistant need the stocking basket which was under my mother’s seat, I handed it to her & she never said please or thank you, I would not allow my 12 year old child to act this way. Very disappointed to say the least.

Grate customer service.staff really kind professional and friendly. Huge range of beautiful shoes! Good quality and good prices too!

Very poor customer service. Shop assistants didn't have time for each customer and were quite unmotivated. Had a very bad experience. Don't want to get back.

When I purchased my latest pair of shoes from Kayc last Saturday, I was most impressed with the huge range of really stylish shoes available at tremendous prices too!
Kayc's bright and helpful attitude, knowledge and patience in finding just the right shoe for me made my shopping experience most enjoyable. I shall return!
