I went today to exchange a pair of boots that were too big and received the best help. I'm a trans girl trying to come to terms with social transition and to have the help from the gentleman at Burswood shop without question and making me feel happy and comfortable was everything i was very scared to to go in there to try on girl shoes but it all just felt normal i'm very happy. Also i love the shoes great quality from anything else i have bought before:)

My experience today at Paul Carroll Burswood store was excellent. I have very wide difficult feet to fit and the lady serving me was extremely helpful and managed to find me a perfect pair of sandals. Nothing was too much trouble, I will certainly be a regular customer now. Thank you.

Good selection friendly service. Factory outlet section has well price variety for both men and women. Worth to be on mailing list and watch for specials. Parking spaces usually available at front door.

I went to your store yesterday to inquire about a certain sandal, i actually went twice, the first time i was completely ignored while the two shop assistants discussed something very important. I was the only customer! Five minutes later they finally asked could they help- which they did.
Later on that afternoon after finding out the size of the sandal i wanted I returned this time i was completely ignored and they seemed to be extremely busy counting shoes. Unfortunately i may have to go to another shop where the customer is a little bit more important than counting stock.regards Judy Palmer

Burswood store is my favourite as its both an outlet and normal store. The staff really know their stuff and very helpful in every way. I don't go anywhere else now.

Good variety of Euro quality shoes. Limited range of larger men's sizes but that's an issue with most retailers.

Some good bargains to be had. Have Mephisto and Pokolinos and they can be hard to find. Service is always friendly as well.
