46Ordered the chicken and brocolli online and arrived 5 mins prior to pick up, the dish was really dry. Bread in the container was stale, with minimal parmasan. The Milan was perfect though. The people in the shop didn't know how to use Rewardle, which the offer, so missed out on points.
The pasta was super tasty but the service was slow. Had to wait over half an hour for my order which wasn't fun. It killed the mood.
Tonight will be our last time eating at Pastcup Morley.the service is lousy.the foods very average. New owners have definately lost our patronage.breads stale.took our phone order.
Was told 10 -15 min.store was empty but took half an hour.ordered chicken masala but wasn't in the bag.only to be told its no longer available.we will travel 10 min to Bassendean where im sure the food will be 100 times better than Morley.
The service was not great tonight, they were understaffed and the new management seemed to be overwhelmed by the lack of extra hands. I had to wait 5 minutes just to pay for my online order then another 10 minutes waiting. My order ended up being 15 minutes late. It wasn't even a busy night. The food was good however but I feel another couple of staff were needed.
Normally love pasta cup but the pasta I just got from this store wasn't cooked properly and was just horrible!
My partner has been raging about this place so I figured I'd give it a try, was rather pleased overall. Friendly service, no long wait time and most importantly it was delicious. Will definitely be back for more.
