I had an absolutely terrible experience tonight. I ordered a 'Family Sampler' deal through Door Dash only as there was a 50% off promo. It was supposed to come with three pasta dishes, garlic bread, a sampler pack (containing arancini, mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers) and a drink. The only things we received were the pasta and a drink. I called up to let them know that we had items missing from our order and asked if we could come and pick them up. The first lady was nice enough who put me on the manager, who began to tell me that the deal is only supposed to come with pasta and a drink (for $60!?). I politely told him multiple times that within the app, it says the Family Sampler comes with 6 slices of garlic bread and a sampler pack, to which he became abusive and accused me of lying. I told him (again politely) that I'd be willing to drive to the store to show him my order before claiming the missing items. He yelled at me and was incredibly rude. I'd like to think that I have thick skin but this man made me (a young girl) cry over the phone after 5 minutes of trying to sort things out. To top things off, I'm vegetarian and ordered 'Broccolini' for one of the pasta sauces and 'Alfredo' for the other, both of which I assumed were vegetarian as it didn't say when selecting them within the app (I accept fault for this) - so now I have no dinner at all! I ended up lodging the complaint for missing items within Door Dash and received 50% off what I paid in credits only (even though it was never about the money, I just wanted to eat the dinner that I ordered), so now I have no food that I can eat and no refund. Incredibly disgusted with the way this was handled, more so than the items being missing in the first place. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR MONEY.

Chicken schnitzels were raw I will update if I get food poisoning, I should have read the reviews below before I purchased any food.

Rude and never picks up the call.
We used to go a lot before and the owner and the staff were nice. I don’t know if the management is changed but we tried to order on phone three times on three different occasions but they never picked up our call. One Friday they did and we ordered a Arabiatta and normally we would add some vegetables as we are vegetarians and to be made in rose (Tom plus cream) and the guy was so rude he is like I will not make it I am the only one here. I went there and ordered myself he eventually made it but was so rude he s like the owner is changed and he will not make any alterations. We never faced this before. We tried to ordered again next week but again no picked up after 3 attempts. Ridiculous.

Currently have an ongoing case with food authorities. Health and safety have visited and the owner had been officially warned however we are still waiting on our refund after two weeks.

For other readers; I highly advise avoiding Pasta Cup Morley at all costs. The guy hocked up a disgusting snot ball and spat into the sink right next to the food being prepared, TWICE. This was on top of the order not being made when we were told come back in 10. Twice.

We were just rudely spoken to when phoning the store to discuss our meal. $65 dollars spent to recieve half filled cups, uncopious salt content and scant fillings with mushy overcooked pasta.have requested to discuss with a manager our concerns of food quality only to be told to "go away" and then hung up on. Very unprofessional. Will be putting a formal complaint into consumer affairs as well as head office. The amount of salt in my meal was unhealthy and extremely dissapointing.

Not offering lunch special as in Warwick, the old staff assume be the owner very rude. Not wearing any protection when chopping hand made pasta. Disgusting!

I used to love pasta cup but Afta tonite experience I won't be back again, ordered 2 large take always, one was sposed to be ravioli with Tommy sauce, but we ended up penne and meatballs, the other fettuccini carbonara but ended up with mushy overcooked pasta with sum sort of runny white say e with no mushrooms or anything else, when we rang he was rude on phone said to go back for a refunding when we got there he yelled and carried on basically calling us layers and would only give half refund, very rude very unprofessional, will NEVER go back!

Super tasty and quality Carbonara pasta! They even upgraded the size for me for free! A lovely suprise.
Would definitely come back.

I never really take the time to write a review but for Pasta Cup in Morley I must. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced in my life if you could give a rating of 0 I would. The man who took my order could not speak fluent English very well and kept asking me to repeat myself I then requested to have chicken pumpkin pasta with my meal and he said I only had the option to choose from the basic pastas and that wasn’t an option. I was happily willing to pay extra but was told I could not order it even though I was looking at it displayed in the window (he wasn’t very polite in letting me know either.) The manager stepped in and told me it was not possible I really couldn’t understand why, the manager was extremely rude and wanted to argue that he had been running this business for two years and knows what he is doing as I tried to explain I was only at pasta cup no longer than a year or so ago and had no issue requesting chicken pumpkin pasta before. The manager said they had never done that in the whole two years they had been there and eventually agreed that he would do it this time as a once off and acted as if he were doing me a favour? The point is it is so unprofessional to be so intimidating and argumentative to your paying customers. To make matters worse I got home to over cooked pasta that was so tasteless you would think it was just plain cream with fettuccine through it and a stale piece of bread this is not how I remember pasta cup it used to be so different. I was quite blown away by this whole experience I used to love pasta cup but after that definitely safe to say I won’t be back.

Food looks ok. The service was subpar and the hygiene definitely needs attention. Will never go back to this store.

I called up to order spaghetti bolognaise to pick up and I ordered extra cheese. The guy on the phone sounded very confused. He kept asking me to repeat my order several times. When I got to the store he was the only one there and had made the spaghetti. Charged me $17 for it. Got it home, not only was there no extra cheese, there was no cheese. And the spaghetti was very spicy.he added extra CHILLI to it! Despite me saying “extra cheese” at least 5 or 6 times this man thought I had said extra chilli! When I called up to complain he pretended not to able to speak English! What a joke! Why doesn’t pasta cup Morley hire some decent staff? Wasn’t worth the drive there or the $17, definitely should have gone else where, and will never be going back. Avoid. It’s a joke.

Would not sell me food due to only having cash and was highly ruded about not having a debit card

A nice place to eat if you’re after a no nonsense fresh pasta meal. The owners seem friendly and the service is good. I like that they still offer some simple bread and butter whilst you’re waiting for your meal (if you’re dining in only I think).

I also like that the meals are always consistent. My favourite is the shrimp d-luxe. This is a tomato and cream based sauce and strikes a good balance of tomato and cream.

There is not much seating space at this location. So be mindful if you’re in a large group.

The other thing to be aware about is that the toilets are at the rear of the store (you have to walk outside to access the toilets).

Appalling customer service, the management/owner of this branch has a disgusting attitude towards customers and his company and also struggles to fulfil the basic menu items with not including ingredients/substituting without notifying of changes. Will not be back and do not recommend.

Amazing food at a reasonable price. The service at this store is amazing and they really seem to care about your experience. The staff/owners are super nice and helpful. The chef asked if the meal was all right. Give these guys your business they deserve it.

I had a Bacon and Mushroom White Sauce Ravioli

The pasta tasted good but at 14 for the cup I thought that was a bit steep. There was too much bacon or mushroom in the pasta

Delicious customisable pasta dishes served by wonderfully friendly and accommodating staff. The perfect combo! It's a pity they are not inside the food court in the Galleria. They would get a lot more for traffic. Easily the best fast food option in Morley

A PastaCup in a good central location!
Portion sizes are okay, although I’m never really full after a serving. Prices are reasonable and the food is delicious with a decent enough range on the menu.

Service can be a little slow during the busier times but you can tell the team are working hard so it’s no reason to hold that against them.

I’ve only ordered UBEReats here once, wasn’t a good experience. Delivery was hopeless. But once again it’s not PastaCup’s fault hence the 5 stars still.
