Restaurant failed to mention that the mushroom alla panna contains meat
I’ve read all the ingredients listed and they did not mention meat yet when I received my order it had bacon in it.
Not to mention the quality of the other ingredients was absolutely horrid!
Also took forever to receive order
Why even bother opening a restaurant if you’re clearly not passionate about it
Do everyone a favour and close shop mate you ain’t made for it

Worst pasta I’ve had. Broccoli was off and the sauce tasted sour. Had to throw it all away it wasn’t edible.

Had a good chat with the owner while they cooked the dinner.
Good service, but the pasta was unfortunately overcooked

Ordered a creamy Milan literally had 0 taste. Pastacup use to be the best. Indians should stick to making their curries.

We have had great experience at other Pasta cup stores but not at Morley.we wanted to order the ravioli but none available Maybe they had had a busy night and had ran out 2.5 hours before closing time? My wife ordered the lasagna witch was not fresh but a cold slab in a bowl drizzled with some tomato sauce and heated in a microwave, not even heated all the way through, it was absolutely terrible flavour. My wife offered me to try it and me who can eat anything had to pass it up as well. Straight to the bin for that dish. My sons order the Chile pasta was so bland and tasteless
My order of spirals and bolognaise sauce turned out to be a mixture of different pastas well over coked and soggy
We also asked for extra parmesan cheese but had to argue this when we collected the order apparently you don’t get Parmesan with lasagna as it already has cheese on it
We were finally offered 1 extra little cup of cheese to make 3 in total all only about 1/3 filled

Ordered 3 meals, 2 of 3 where inedible. Very disappointing. I suspect the beef lasagne was mixed with vodka pasta, and the spaghetti carbonara that was extremely bland.

Extremely disappointed as l ordered lasagna and l couldn’t have a choice of the size. Getting home it didn’t smell right. There was no meat at all as most pasta cups lasagna and it was stone cold, you could tell by the splatter in the bowel that it was warmed up in a microwave and NOT fresh pasta. The taste was revolting. I have always loved Pasta cup but normally buy it from Haines or Cockburn-Success. Morley Pasta didn’t even give us Parmesan cheese and when l asked for it the containers were only half filled. The staff member argued with me when l asked for more and was extremely rude. Needless to say my lasagna has gone in the bin. A total waste of $59: 05

We were not impressed with the pasta we got tonight at all. Tasteless and could easily be compared to tinned can food. Not worth the money. Pasta did not look fresh in cabinet and items on the menu were not stocked. Pasta was over cooked and too much sauce was put in the tub. Unfortunately will not be coming back. Hope this place improves not only for the customers but for the owners sake.

Loved the pesto at Tuareg Hill’s pasta cup and was thoroughly disappointed with how bad it tasted here. Incredibly watery and almost flavourless. A franchise like this shouldn’t have such a huge disparity in the quality of food between joints.

Gross! Canned tomato sauce heated up. Seriously don’t do it. This place should not be in business!

Such a pathetic pasta we had in our entire life.guys were continuously on phone we ordered pasta with veggies but got only tangy tomato sauce and 4 piece of pumpkin thats all.i dont how people can rip off people so easly and charging good amount of money.if you guys are not interested in the business should close it do not play with peoples health and money

Good job I did because I had 4 pecies of chicken with pasta. Tried to call to see if they forgot to add but wouldn't answer there phone.

Just ordered chicken broccolini pasta add vegetables and we got pasta with no chicken and just 2 pieces of broccoli and she’s arguing on the phn and not listening at all.

Pretty disappointed. Come here quite often and usually have no issues but tonight our food was extremely undercooked and watery/soup like. New owners maybe? Customer service was poorly too

Ordered Napoletana gnocchi, don’t know how someone could over cook pasta so much; I expect a little mushy if the pasta has been sitting in the sauce, but the gnocchi was mush all the way through. Would have been bearable if the sauce was okay, but the sauce tasted awful-rotten and watery. Not to mention the person making the pasta grabbed the pasta with their barehands: (what the f pasta cup?

Ordered Chicken Masala main + masala fettucine with a Solo via Ubereats from Morley. You dont get a choice to opt out of a drink or have it included in the price. Your only option is to pay extra for it whether you want it or not. I received my meal and it is DISGUSTING! I ordered a main dish of Grilled Chicken Masala not 1 breast of chopped up chicken in 3 cups of very salty, very buttery sauce/soup. The pasta in a separate container was overcooked and covered in the same disgusting sauce. My Solo never even turned up. You don't even get the small bit of crusty bread anymore. I seriously considered driving there and throwing this sht over the counter at them. My tongue is still burning from the salt. Pasta cup used to be great but id rather lick the pavers in a mall than eat this sht now. Putrid waste of money.

I got the Atlantic sauce with the smoked salmon. The salmon tasted off, very fishy and unappetising. That was disappointing as this sauce used to be really good.

Ate previously once in house, bad service.
Ordered via app, applied discount code, submitted order and payed, order cancelled with contacting me to adjust items, lost my 20% off voucher for another restaurant.
Don't advertise what you cant deliver, contact the customer as instructed via app.
2 bad experiences now, avoid this Morley branch

Mixed lot, overall disappointing. Fettuccine Alfredo and Milan were nice, but the fettuccine in the meatball and marina was very overcooked and soggy. Also very little seafood in the marinara. Chilli mussels. 5 out of 7 green mussels were closed which means they were undercooked or bad. Not good at all. Sauce was nice though. Re boiled the closed mussels and two opened a little but not the rest. Shouldn't have to even try that!

Owner was extremely rude kept saying the order would be 30-45mins repeatedly, then again, after I said I would wait. Then he rolled his eyes effectively not interested in preparing the food. I walked out.
Very rude service, has not assimilated to the culture!
I would not recommend this place.
