Poor customer service and the food is not worth of the price! The lady who served us hardly speaks English but she is very rude. I ordered the pasta online using their website so she should know what I ordered. However, she has given us the wrong order and she never checked the order before giving out. When I almost reached home, she called me and asked me to bring back the order as she given a wrong order to me. She was so rude and grumpy when she spoke to me in the phone. Before she gives out the order, why didn't she check? Also, she was eating Betal Leaf that's why she didn't even bother to check the orders. Poor lady needs to improve on how to give a good customer service than eating BETAL LEAF. Overall, waste of money and waste of time.

Tonight (7/6/20) our food that we picked up was cold and my broccolini has 3 tiny pieces of broccoli in it. We won't be coming back until the store stops being cheap and cutting corners. Used to love this store but now it's not worth the money portions have shrunk and whatever happened to the lid with the cheese and bread slices?

Worst resturant/fast food plave i've ever been to had 1 cook on that was cooking so dirty I didint want to eat my food had arrived at the right time it was meant to be ready only to be told it was another 20 minute wait and that half of our food was ready and half was not I had seen chips sitting on the bench unheated for over 20 minutes before she put them in my bad could bearly speak English I used to love pasta cup but now I will never be back and I'll make sure alot of other people won't be ethier

Beautiful, fresh and hot. Creamy Broccolini Sauce was perfect on the Penne pasta. Chips were delivered hot and crunchy with delicious parmesan sprinkle on the side. Delivery was via UberEats, so total cost of meal was higher than I expected.

Ordered a large marinara fuselli pasta. There were literally 8 tiny (could hardly see them) mussels in it.no other seafood at all.the actual pasta was nice though.

Pastacup is always good n fresh. Tasty n filling. Worth visiting if you drive by but wouldn't go out of your way.

I used to love ordering from here. However they chose to start delivering for themselves which means availability is substantially diminished. I work away so the times I'm back I have a tendency to order in a lot. I seldom order from here any more as it takes too long and is only available after 5

So delicious, we have tried many dishes and they have all been nice. The creamy bacon carbonara with a choice of pasta is our favourite. Only have to wait 15 to 20 mins for a freshly cooked meal.

$22.40 for a regular spaghetti Bolognese and 3 slices of garlic bread. And not even some cheese? HUGE rip off, service was lacking (if you call being stared at instead of greeted "service") and garlic bread isn't garlicky at all. The pasta was the only good part about it, but for the price I won't be back any time soon.

Won't be ordering here again, received a bronny with chicken when specifically asked for no chicken, call the store back to be told they can't do anything about it.so sat here with a dinner I can't eat & no apologizes or anything.would not reccomend

I ordered spaghetti and meatballs thinking that no one could stuff that and I could get better from a can.

They reduced the large in size a while back which I accepted unhappily as it used to feed 2 people but it tastes very good and is a nice treat. I would buy more often but $16.95 for a meal that feeds one is a bit much to pay considering $20.95 feeds the whole family at KFC. Then yesterday I got my usual order which I love. Large Atlantic with three cheese. (recommended) You get cheese as a topping great I love cheese but you pay all that money and get a teaspoon of cheese? I am sure they could fill the little container and still make a profit. Not sure I'll go back with the smaller serve and tiny cheese topping. Included picture. No matter how good it tastes. Bring back the large tub and don't stings on the cheese. Regards Rik

I reply to your reply to my review you are WRONG as when you first opened you had a larger foam like material cup that stayed hotter. I even asked at the time if they had given me the wrong size and I was told that the large is now smaller and made of a different material. I am not talking now but about 4 years ago when you reduced size and I started buying less. But I kept buying as I love the taste. And your excuse of a full container being to much for some people there is no harm in filling it up and letting your customer decide how much cheese they want to use. Me personally ALWAYS like more than you give and go home and add more from my own Kraft Parmesan cheese container. For the price of cheese you can afford to fill it up for sure. I am always disappointed with the amount of cheese you give. I cannot give more pictures as I have eaten it duhhh, My review points out I feel your now too expensive as my wife corrected me it is now $17.95 gone up by one dollar. I been buying for a long time and did not realise the price has gone up so I am even more upset and more unlikely to buy again maybe once a year only as a treat now. So you lose one star for your high price and one star for your stingy cheese. And now you reply like this you will never see me again in your store.one less star now for not doing your recearch about smaller container and silly answer about a full container to much for some customers?
