Pastacup Haynes

Useless a rude. My uber pasta didn't arrive for my son. I rang and the manager was useless. I'll pass the word around not to use you guys.

What a joke

Pasta cup Haynes always used to be great and was my favourite pasta + pasta cup. Recently noticed that their Bonny sauce doesn’t have as much cream as usual and makes it taste odd. Definitely changed their chicken and it’s a bit weird - small cubes instead of the slices it used to be. I’m a bit upset as I feel as if the 3 cheese ravioli has changed and there’s white pepper in something (not a big deal for other people, I just really don’t like white pepper). Probably won’t buy again as the price isn’t worth it if it’s changed and is going to continue to be this way: (

Not as nice as i have had previously.
Chilli mussels are overcooked and very spicy & not many in the sauce.
Never get those again.

Your pasta is absolutely amazing and delicious, no one can beat you in taste, chicken parmigiana was so good also chicken was cooked perfectly

I've previously enjoyed the food from here but I waited 1.5 hours for a delivery that was like warm pasta and warm coke. When I rang the lady told me she was delaying orders and did not care. Just flat out rude. The food in the past may have been good but not worth the rude service in my books.

One of the best pasta cups I have been to. Refuse to go to any of my locals due to really bad experiences. Haynes has restored my love for this brand. I now make the trip inside when I'm in the area

The food was cooked fine, but the fact I got it via uber, I spent $28 on one regular pasta and a 1.25L drink. I left a note to add mushrooms with a "please and thank you:) " and couldn't even manage to add that or call me if it were to cost more (which it shouldn't, already at high prices for a 5min drive away). Disappointing!

Very hit and miss. Some nights it's great, good serving sizes, tasty. Others it's average at best. Need to work on consistency.

I visited here today, with my friends, the food was delicious, but the most important thing service which was great. Great staff with great service. Keep it up guys

I love my garlic prawns but I should not have to do your job of peeling the shell's. I payed $15 for a tub full of about 7 prawns with half the shell still on. I will never recommend them nor will I be buying garlic prawns from pastacup ever again.

I ordered the Alfredo with no mushrooms today. I asked that shellfish also be kept away from the order as my child is anaphylactic. Since you couldn't flow such a simple request regarding the mushrooms.my child will not be eating this food as I do not trust you. Waste of money. Should have just made it myself

Ordered the gnocchi with bolognese. Sauce was alright gnocchi was not tasty at all. Was also not given a fork with my takeaway.

I do usually like this place but its hit and miss they are very skimpy on adding meets to their servings when you ask for what ever you want and its supposed to have say chicken in it then put it in don't just give me pasta this has happened a number of times now. So I will not be going back its expensive as it is so do the right thing and give people what they pay for

Very poor customer servise food was really bad.
And taste like water. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere
