Absolutely loved my experience at the Pasta Cup Shop! The concept of pasta in a cup is genius and perfect for on-the-go meals. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and the variety of sauces and toppings ensured there's something for everyone. Plus, the portions were generous and satisfying. Definitely a must-try for pasta lovers!

Sorry, I have ordered two family meals to feed 6 people. I was expecting the meals the meals to be larger but the meals come in a very small portion. I could not feed six people with it. It was very upsetting to not get what you had expected from a family meal. The meal was good but the cheese was very hard and could not be cut with a knife. The salad was also came in a small. The meal also took a long time to arrive and the meal cooled down.

Initial order was pickup 5: 30 pm med Alfredo and sml Bolognese. My 4 year old girl is admittedly a picky eater but she normally loves homemade spaghetti Bolognese. Unfortunately this version was below par, I tried myself as did my wife and it was both vinegary and also strangely bland and the pasta was overcooked and soft. The owner was accommodating on my return to discuss at 8: 30 pm after the dinner rush. I got a replacement veggie delight in time for Good Friday at no charge and left feeling more positive overall about the chain and this store. Being in business is hard and I respect the effort that goes in to Pastacup as a brand and this store but quality control and review is key to success and I hope that the chain consider ways to verify and train for their menu. It may be too complicated and difficult for franchisees currently.

The pasta may be homemade but the mince/sauce needs ALOT of improvement

I really like pasta cup. I have had countless dishes from here thats been Delightful. However i would not recommend the lasagne or salads

Don’t bother ordering from pastacup Haynes. Apologies for long post/rant.

Ordered the Milan macaroni on Uber which states tomato based sauce under the signature pasta section. Order arrives with cream based sauce.

Call up to get remade with what I’ve order and get told “it’s Ubers mistake” and that they can’t do anything coz it’s not on the menu with tomato based sauce. Argue with them that this is wrong coz it’s on the website this way too but get told “I’ll ask manager and get him to call you in 10”

10 minutes later no call and ring up only to be told manager says that they can’t do it and to refund through Uber coz it’s not on the menu…. Seriously beyond frustrated at this point.go into the store and see on the wall that it’s on the menu. Staff reluctantly agrees to remake but continues arguing how it’s Ubers fault and “we only see that as meaning cream” (referring to what’s on the receipt)

At this point I’d had enough and said not to bother coz not interested in eating where I’m just gonna be argued with when they didn’t even check the wall menu or website to understand my complaint. Like I get if there’s issues with labelling it on the Uber receipt and I don’t begrudge that but when I’m telling you it’s the wrong sauce and you’ve made me something I can’t eat (I’m lactose intolerant so can’t eat cream sauce) it’s really frustrating to be argued with repeatedly and makes me really not trust you touching my food!

Manager even tried to argue that no one had noticed that mistake until I had pointed it out and therefore they didn’t know. That “it has only been up for a few months” (aahhh how long do you need to notice?) I understand mistakes happen but to be argued with because of a mistake made by a staff is infuriating particularly when I showed him exactly where it is on both the store menu and Uber eats.

Staff was even stupid enough to ask me whether I wanted the food back! Glad I was already walking out the door or he would have had it all over the counter!

The taste of pasta was superb even the staff is very nice and deal politely with every customer

Visited Pastacup on 27/4/2022 to find a metal drill filing/shaving in my Pasta after having put it in my mouth.

Absolutely not acceptable.

*EDIT* on further inspection, it looks like it may be a piece of metal mesh from a potentially breaking down rangehood.

We arrived there at 11am today to get a 3 cheese alfredo. We were advised that they hadn't started boiling of the water and that it would take 30 minutes for the order. We decided to get food elsewhere because that was to long. If you plan on opening up for lunch orders at 11am you should arrive earlier and be prepared to start the food when ordered. This means that despite being open at 11am effectively you can't get food until 11.30am

Wonderful place to have yummy and edible pasta. Highly recommended for veg and non veg pasta lovers.

Brought a family sized beef ravioli and carbonara fettuccine, absolutely delicious, good portioning sizes for a family of 6.

Ordered a large meatballs and pasta with extra meatballs, there was a whole 5 meatballs in the meal talk about desperate for money

Perfect cabonara an Alfredo cooked to perfection so rich an creamy it was a sensational hit of flavours for my liking so I'd prefer these gentlemen to cook my pasta anytime it was so delicious it's my regular flavours at affordable prices get on in to the haynes pasta cup an try out your special required pasta and flavours. Cheers team pasta in a cup.

After getting most my wisdom teeth out a few days ago I haven't been able to eat much at all, but I just ordered the Alla Panna Pasta Risotto with no mushroom on uber eats, and it was the most enjoyable meal I've had in a long time.

Thank you for making this with such care, and I'll definitely be ordering from here again.

If I could give less I would, waited for person serving to finish a private call, service wasn't good either. Do yourself a favor don't go there.
