Ann-Maree did such a wonderful job helping me pick balloons for my wife's birthday. They looks absolutely amazing and even delivered for me on the morning for a wonderful suprise. The shop is so well equipped for every event you could think of, love it!

Wonderful range and great staff. Ordered some balloons for my son's birthday which was on a Sunday.
Planned to pick them up last thing on Saturday as Party Town wasn't open on Sundays.

Completely forgot about them! Got a lovely call at 5pm on Saturday from the store reminding me (even though they had closed for the day) and they kindly waited at the store post closing time for me to get there and pick the balloons up!

They even ordered in items as per my request and opened their store doors to me on a Sunday when they aren't usually open just to accommodate my party needs. Around 4 days out from my best friend and colleagues final day before her maternity leave they were able to quote and create a beautiful bouquet of balloons and deliver to our store. Party Town has supplied balloons for three parties, party supplies and also costumes for several events for me over the last 12 months. The service by the friendly staff is second to none and the shop is like a treasure trove of everything you could ever need for a party! Love this place and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone in need of help to make that that special celebration awesome.

Have been a loyal customer of this shop for the last 15 years. Service I received under the previous owners was great. They helped us deck out everything from Christenings to kids birthdays and my 40th. Went in there today and was charged $50 to fill 2 balloons (anagram brand) that we provided to add to other bunches that we bought at the same time.absolute rip off! Spotlight would have filled the same balloons for $3.50! The guy at the counter said they take no responsibility for filling balloons that we bought elsewhere as they were not their brand.well your shelves are full of anagram brand balloons. Save yourself a fortune and go to Spotlight. They have helium cylinders that fill 50 balloons for $55. When I queried the charge after paying I was told. "that's what we charge". Won't be going back, ever. Advice to the owners.if you are going to rip people off, do it a little more discretely or not at all.

I phone to asked about a costume bathsheba. A young lady answered the phone. She told me it is not available and when I phoned again to ask whether you could order 5 costumes and get it for me. She abruptly cut the phone before I could even finish my sentence. I phone again but didn't answer. Poor customer service. I have been buying costume for the past 5 years from this place. This is the first time it has happen to me. I don't know whether it is under new managment.

Great customer service and fantastic range! Got balloons earlier in the year for my Mum's 60th and they were very helpful.

Good customer service and have everything that you're looking for without a doubt.will be going back in the future.

The new shop has so much more stock to choose from, and also I did not realise that there was so much to hire too, amazing. Staff are great too and were able to help with everything I needed too.

Customer service is excellent! Store is absolutely massive, you'll probably find stuff in there you never knew you needed!
