Fabulous party shop with the best customer service. The new owner goes above and beyond. This is my go to shop for all balloons and decor for every gathering, party or birthday / gifting.

Lovely staff in general (apart from one person I don't know her name but she wasn't very enthusiastic, maybe she had a bad day). Bought costumes for two years here. They have a good range. Slightly expensive for the quality but the shop is neat and tidy where you can easily find stuff. Overall a good experience. My costumes didn't fit and they were happy to help exchange for different ones with no fuss. The lady that helped me was very friendly and smiley. Thanks guys

I went into this store not knowing what to expect, and I must say my breath was taken away. The moment I walked through the door I was greeted with nothing but genuine smiles and welcomes. I was stuck on what balloon design to go for as the range was much larger than expected, and before I knew it there was a polite staff member asking if I needed assistance. Thankfully too as I was quite overwhelmed.

We talked through options and they were very honest in what was most practical for my sons 5th birthday display. We ended up on a beautiful dinosaur arrangement at a very reasonable price.

He loved it and this is now my go-to shop for all my party needs as it has so many options and such friendly staff.

The best shopping experience ever! All the staff were so knowledgeable and friendly and the stock is next level amazing! We will be back ️️️️️

Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience

We had all intentions of buying costumes today we was welcomed by the lady on the counter everything was okay We found a few costumes we liked of course. We wanted to try them on to make sure they fit through trying on a few costumes and other team member old woman come from back of the store and rudely form us the costumes was expensive and she didn’t want us to try any more on there was a large group of us needing costumes. I don’t see why there have change rooms all different costumes fit differently with different designs

When did Hope letting them know? It wasn’t okay the way we was treated. And we took our business different costume store. Which I definitely recommend everyone going to and not supporting this business.

The lovely lady on the other end of the phone came up with a two wonderful balloon bouquets within my budget for friends combined birthdays at the Claremont Hotel. Even offered me free delivery! Like who does that!

You can even pay over the phone with your credit card.

I offered to collect as I knew I wouldn’t hear my phone ring in that venue.

Everyone in Perth needs to get all their party stuff and balloons from here!

I tried everyone else in Perth and their prices were ridiculous. So it’s Party Town all the way for me! X

I’ve been a customer of party town for at least 20 years, usually buying costumes or decorations for annual corporate events etc, this year was another big haul as I was hosting a Halloween party and bought a lot of stock - spending about $1K. Went in to pick up some last minute items - and was told I would be able to get a discount based on my large purchase the day before. Went to the counter and asked about the discount as I was instructed to do and was advised by a diff staff member that they do not give out discounts even for people with much larger orders than mine (I spent about $150 that day) such as those who spend $1000. She was clearly referencing my previous large order from the day before not realizing I was the same person. Really obnoxious and rude behavior, which is unacceptable towards anyone, let alone such a long standing loyal customer. Another staff member overheard this exchange and did not intervene, just watched on. Very disappointed in party town. I’ll have to think twice before placing any further large orders there in future.

First time shopping here. I drove all the way from Currambine n found fairy party ideas here for my grand daughter 1st bday. Ill shop here from now on for any party ideas n very good service

Party Town has it all. Friendly staff and an incredible range of products for events plus a store that keeps you entertained and intrigued as you wander and create. The balloons are a plus and staff always happy to share advice and ideas for events or the cheeky costume from Toddlers to Top Gun theme to Halloween. There's something for everyone.

Great selection of costumes and other party goods. Got some last minute costume attire for my best friends bucks do. Great service too!

Went there today to buy 60th birthday bunting and serviettes ect. We then went on to big w, Gone Bazar and the party source shop in Canning Vale. We saw exactly the same items in these other shops for less than half of the price we paid! Needles to say I will not be going back there! I understand they have big over heads but wow very expensive! The other shops also make a profit.

I have been going to Party Town for years for birthdays. Great choice of balloons and always arranged beautifully. I was thinking a few days after my last visit what a nice experience it was. This was due to the fact that the woman in the shop who I told I was ok to get the balloons into my car while holding my granddaughter said “let me help”. And she walked the balloons out and put them in the car for me. Thank you!

Excellent customer service - staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and happy to work to our individual requirements and timeline. Highly recommend for quality balloons and party supplies.

Party Town has so many choices for whatever occassion it is you're looking for and staff were very helpful in suggesting ideas for our balloon display. They were also happy to accommodate an early pick-up when I called on collection day.

I absolutely love visiting Party Town. Ann-Maree and her wonderful team are always so helpful and friendly. Whenever I'm organising a party at home, I can always count on finding something fabulous. I highly recommend Party Town.

Rang last minute to arrange ballon bouquets for delivery the same morning. The guys helped me out without hesitation and delivered on time with no delivery fee!

Wish I could give them less than 1 star, Poorly managed store, extremely overpriced and poor quality items, and the lady "Tracy" was an absolute cow to me and the staff she was working with. Look elsewhere, avoid this store!

I was very impressed with the service from the team at Party Town. In fact, it was the eagerness to go above and beyond expectations that blew me away.
We purchased a bouquet of balloons for my daughters 4th birthday party, yep the usual, Unicorn and Rainbow ensemble, and picked them up the afternoon before the big day.
All went smoothly until we woke up the next morning to find a rather deflated Rainbow balloon
It was 7am on a Sunday morning and the big event was kicking off at 9am!
I reached out to them on Facebook Messenger, and got a response within minutes.
By 7: 30, the lady who I presume owns the store, was at the store, ready to go and replaced the failed balloon.
Yes, they may be slightly dearer than their competition, but I doubt their competition would have gone to these lengths to rectify a problem.
Great effort from a great team

Great selection of costumes and products. All the staff were friendly and helpful, even in the craziness of halloween eve. Will come here again for sure!
