Party Town

Bought 4 balloons for my sisters' 18th - paid $3.50 per balloon and two popped as soon as I left the parking lot. I was already on Stirling Highway when it popped and could not go back as the store is hard to access. The sound almost gave me a heart attack! The balloons were way over filled and very overpriced for literally lasting 2 minutes. Should be better for that price.

Great service, friendly order taken over the phone in the morning for balloon arrangement. I also appreciated the advice on the arrangement from the knowledgeable team member. I ordered a few more bits and pieces for the party over the phone, which I picked up with ease that afternoon. All round positive experience.

I have ordered balloons for a number of functions from Party Town and the service has been outstanding every time. They always provide very helpful recommendations on what will look great and work with the theme of the event and when I have had them delivered they have always turned up on time and look fantastic! Highly recommend.

Recently organized balloons for my daughters Birthday from Party Town Claremont! From picking them out to having them delivered the staff were amazing. They offered creative ideas and even through to on time delivery I couldn’t fault the service. Balloons were fantastic and made for the most amazing photos. The party town team went above and beyond for my daughters birthday. Free delivery of the balloons and when I’d forgotten to purchase face paints and glitter their helpful staff took pics of options and put through the order over the phone for me to include in my delivery! Hats off to you guys.

They were very helpful in picking out the right colours and materials for my design and delivering it on time for my event. Friendly and reliable staff, would definitely be going back for my next event!

Worst customer service experience. I placed an order online and there was an error in their online pricing. When the order was being filled they didn't even have the decency to call me and discuss the problem. Instead, they texted me and told me that they needed to call me to obtain my credit card details to charge me more because their system under charged me. When I said I thought they should honor the website pricing they disregarded my request and sent a refund for the entire order. They did not try to make any accommodations, or do anything to solve the issue. Now I am stuck scrambling for party supplies on the day of the party. I refuse to do business with them after the experience, as I found them to be rigid and unaccommodating for something that was entirely their mistake. Only after I said I would be writing a review did they offer free delivery, but by then it was clear they would never have my business. So the offer felt half-hearted and disingenuous. I would not recommend this store at all. Especially if you're on a time crunch.

This store is terrible on dealing with customers. I refunded an item because it was faulty and all I get is a store credit! When I take this up with the management I get a response after 1 month - with totally made up stories on why I can’t get a refund! That’s not the way to treat a client. I’m sure you won’t be much longer in business.

Super attentive to what I needed. So many options to choose from. Free delivery straight to my door. Nothing was a hassle for Party Town. Two thumbs up!
