Panorama Caravan Park

Wonderfully friendly Duncan & his wife Anita manage this park. They're both extremely helpful.
The views across the Bay to Albany are panoramic day & night.
We had 3 groups with camper trailers and our sites were large, grassy, shady & adjacent to the water which made for "million $ views"!

Stayed 2 nights on unpowered site next to water, the view we had was just stunning. Duncan the host was very welcoming and gave us lots of information where to go and explore with our dog. Would love to come back.

The most lovely caretaker we have ever met, he fitted us in a very busy weekend.
The place is a great spot close to the water and pelicans
Facilities are good and clean.
We have got an small issue with the card and he advised us a garage who helped us efficiently with so fair price.

Simple and run down amenities but the perfect spot to set up no fuss. The staff are lovely and we could camp basically wherever we wanted in the unpowered zone! Great phone reception on Optus too

Booked an unpowered site for one night, had a spot right on the sea front for $20, it was gorgeous and cheap. It does get a bit windy.
The facilities are basic, only one toilet/shower on each side: they're a bit dated but clean and work perfectly fine.
I was warmly welcomed upon arrival and I'd definitely recommend to stay there.

The views were incredible Duncan gave us a lovely spot down by the water and we couldn’t help ourselves by staying a few extra days. I left behind some boots and he rang offering to post them. Such a nice guy and a true gem!

This campsite was incredible. The million dollar views of King George Sound to Albany were truly breathtaking. The manager Duncan is incredibly down to earth and helpful. The only downside was the state of the facilities which are no problem if you are travelling with an RV. I am already planning my next visit back to Panorama Caravan Park!

Absolute value for money, $30 for the two of us. Stunning views. Everyone around us was super laid back. The manager was probably the most friendly person i have ever encountered

Lovely location lots of potential.

Needs a massive renovation as they only have 5 or so toilets and showers spread out threw out the camp grounds. There would be a stage where you couldn't get shower/bathroom break unless you lined up which i think for you're money is unacceptable. I recommend dont go in peak salmon season as we were swarmed with people who had no ammenties so the camps ammenties with packed and busy 24/7

Loved it, fantastic campground with lovely staff/owners. We camped there in our campervan just meters from the waters edge. Highly recommended.

Although I didn't actually stay here I came to see if they had long term accommodation for my move to Albany in March (they were booked out) the hosts were so polite and friendly if I were on a holiday here I would book a place here or park your caravan here

Great place by the water I took a unpowered site which was close to the water not far from camp kitchen (which I didn't need) toilets behind it. Little fish towards sunset around and under the jetty.

Great location, panoramic views to Albany accross the bay, friendly staff, clean. The toilet and kitchen facilities are old, but have hot water and are convenient.

Positive:
Location - amazing spot just in front of the sea and with a beautiful view of Albany.

Staff - Duncan is very kind and helpful. I told him that the fridge was not working and he bought a new one the same day.

Negative:
Amenities - the kitchen and the bathroom needs a big renovation and a big cleaning.
If the amenities were modern and clean, this would be almost a 5* caravan park!

Awesome place with awesome staff - Duncan was super helpful as it was my first time renting a camper-van.
Informative and are available at all time.
This place is a gem!

This is an unassuming little gem and it’s very good value. The healthy grassed tent area and shady trees, right in front of the bay, more than made up for the small number of showers.

We sat at our tent site and watched the pelicans on the bay, and fished from the little jetty. We watched the full moon at night reflecting on the water - just magical.

An amazing location overlooking Princess Royal Harbor. Accomodation suitable for budget travelers with million dollar views!

A great laid back location. Less formal than other locations which suits the stunning setting. This site is right on the bay. Facilities are in good order of a little dated. Nothing is too much trouble for the manager Duncan.
Dog friendly site.
