Couldn’t fault my stay here. Stunning location, very clean, spacious, green grass, beautiful sunrises, lovely staff and super chilled.

Great spot. Can't speak highly Enough of Duncan I left my glasses in the bathroom and he arranged to post them to my home in Perth.

Not a clean site the owner is very rude we booked for new year someone else offered him higher price than us
That’s why he asked us to leave the park

Not worth to go there. Not a level ground surface. Kitchen and toilets are very dirty. I kept my food in fridge next day it was stolen. Don't have a CCTV camera for security Not really recommend

A lovely caravan park with wonderful helpful hosts.
Very clean facilities with showers, laundry toilets and a camp kitchen
Free kayaks and a beach area to launch into the pristine river.
Kilometres of sealed pathways meandering along the river bank. Beautiful little birds dart all around you of different colours.

Stayed one night on unpowered site, enjoyed the sea view, the place surrounded by quiet, peace and calm, beautiful nature and close to Torndirrup National Park, which mean you have an easy access to many tourist spots eg. The Gap and Natural Bridge, Cave Point Lighthouse, Blowholes, Whaling Station, Misery Beach, Frenchman Bay, Salmon Holes, Wind Farm (the list goes on lol).
Staff was friendly, even it was last minute booking, it almost dark and heavy rain but she welcomed us with smile.
Place equipped with basic amenities but glad they have good working hot water and shower, also complete with basic kitchen stuffs, microwave, kettle, cooking utensils etc. They keep the place clean and well-maintained. Thank you to owners and staff. Keep up the good job! Hopefully will have a chance to come again one day and stay longer next time. Definitely recommended

We got the best spot for our camper by the water! The sunrise was to die for. Three large pelicans accompanied us at breakfast. The camp kitchen is rudimentary - a big tin shed which does not keep out wind and cold, and a few dusty frying pans. However it has lovely hot water taps for washing up in the dining shed, which is nice. We used the showers in the same building as the reception. These are renovated and simply delightful! They have a heating! Cheaper in price than other holiday parks in Albany. It's about 15 min drive to Albany town. Perfect base to explore the whaling station, Gap, and blowholes. Owner is exceedingly enthusiastic (almost supernaturally so) and very responsive to calls. No security boomgate or passcodes. Overall a wonderful campsite because of the view.

Great cheap family run caravan park. Very friendly, a little dated but can see they are slowly fixing it up. Very accomodating, squeezed us in last minute. Very thankful. Lots of friendly permanent residents.

What a beautiful spot this is right on the water with large sites and great views. Duncan and Anita were very accommodating and it was pleasing to see 2 ‘youngens’ enjoying their work. Plenty to see in the Albany area and they were very knowledgeable. The Earl of Spencer pub is worth a visit too. Thank you

We stayed here in Winter, booked really last minute. It was wonderful and the staff are really friendly and helpful (not just around the park but also regardi g maps, what to do in the area etc). We're heading back there tomorrow and honestly can't wait. It's such a gem and so reasonably priced compared to some of the other parks around that are quite average. Best camping in Albany for sure!

Amazing location with million dollar views
Very nice owners
This place has so much potential but is let down by very run down facilities and unsightly permanent resident sites
With some investment and development this honestly could be one of the best caravan parks and campgrounds in WA

We rang late afternoon for availability, campsite owner/manager very friendly & accommodating on phone. Lovely warm friendly professional welcome when we arrived, advised us re places to visit, lovely pitch facing the sea. Well equipped camp kitchen, clean showers/toilets. Enjoyed chatting to other campers whilst cooking our food on the provided bbq. Owner was lovely so enthusiastic- would highly recommend

Amazing campsite with every facility you need. Fridge, microwave, toaster, toilet, hot shower, power. The views by the water is also brilliant.

Most of all, the manager Duncan was incredibly welcoming and helpful! He pointed out all the locations I should visit. My trip wouldnt have turned out so awesome without him. Definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful spot for a winter stay! We were able to park our camper with amazing uninterrupted views across the bay and wake up to beautiful sunrises. Fun to watch the 20-30 pelicans which gather on the jetty. Facilities were very clean and we especially enjoyed the hot showers in the smart new shower and toilet facilities. The camp hosts were fantastic. There are a good range of coastal hikes close by with spectacular scenery.

Lovely location right on the waterfront, reception gentleman was very friendly, personable and also helped us with a leaky water connection on our van which we appreciate! Super helpful.
