I have had the need to meet quite a few different counsellors over my lifetime. Mary is a lady that I feel at ease taking to. And she has the ability to understand me. That is not always easy. I am very happy with our sessions and would recommend her to anyone seeking counselling.

I went in with a hope to reduce nerve pain in my left shoulder coming from my neck and ideally avoiding surgery. The holistic approach from Paige and the crew has me off medication and surgery off the table for the foreseeable future.

For the first time in a long time I have felt listened to, respected and validated in my chronic pain and chronic health conditions. I have worked closely with Paige:) Paige is worth her weight in gold! Her knowledge, support and help is invaluable… Paige keeps herself up to date with current treatments and is open minded - her support Honestly I look forward to continuing my journey with the painless clinic and super excited for the future. Finally I can see that quality of life that many doctors speak of… but with the right help and support.

Only had one appointment so far but have never seen such lovely medical professionals about my chronic pain. I was super anxious about going to a pain clinic but Bronte was amazing and didn’t question or invalidate my pain and really listened to what I wanted as well as being very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend if you live in Perth and have chronic pain/illness. All the reception and other staff were lovely too.

Ellie is a great listener, I felt understood & encouraged. She is helping me set realistic goals & im excited about working with her.

I have the utmost respect for the doctors and staff. They are very professional and empathetic regarding addressing my pain. They do a brillant service and i wouldnt go anywhere else. Highly reccomend them

I have learnt so much about chronic pain and how to deal with it.

I have had an appointment with Paige and with Ravi. Although it is early days, I am very happy with both of them. I feel they have really listened to me and have my best interest at heart. Since meeting them I am very hopeful that my issues with pain will begin to improve, which is certainly not how I felt prior to my appointments.

They don't call this place the "Brainless Clinic" for nothing.

My brother tried to seek help here and they did absolutely nothing except chastise him and make him feel bad about himself.

Buyer beware.

I have found Painless staff really helpful and always pleasant when you ring or go in for an appointment.
I am seeing Paige at the moment and I have found her very easy to talk with and very helpful with opening new ways of seeing life and the ways to moving forward on journey.

All of the crew at painless are incredible, they are all extremely welcoming and friendly and they are always there to have a laugh but when something need to be done it is.i cannot recommend painless enough to anyone looking to discover all that they have to offer

I have been going to the Painless Clinic for the past 3 years, seeing Dr Pavla Walsh, and it is by far one of the best clinics I have been to. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. Highly recommend coming here for any support with pain.

Their great helping me to deal with my crps and are giving me on going treatment. I still have a long way to go.thanks for their on going support and treatment and care that thay are giving me with my work place injury. Always on hand at anytime of the day within business hours.thank you painless and dr Davis is one of the top if not the best pain specialist in Perth.

Apart from being incredibly knowledgeable about treating and managing pain, Dr Anya is a delightful person. She is kind, understanding and listens carefully to what is being said. Her charming manner encourages clients to open up about their conditions. Her credentials are staggering. The Painless Clinic is lucky to have such an amazing doctor as part of the staff.

I have found the communication quite confusing. On the day of my first day of visiting the clinic I was supposed to see Caitlin McPhee. I was not advised she was sick however had a request for a vaccination certificate and another $100 deposit. I had sent you these several weeks before. I thought this communication was poor.

I was then appointed Michelle Broughton O. T. She manged to reassure me and took a long time to talk over lots of various issues. I thought she was emphatic and explained how the clinic worked. I was quite optimistic.

However the next week I saw Dr. Ravi. (again asked for proof of vaccination) and expected him to know all the details of me after talking for so long to Michelle. I have been very angry with my past procedures which included a doctor who is now unregistered. There appeared to me no communication between Michelle and Dr. Ravi. He asked me all the basic questions again even what medications I was taking which I knew were on file
There was no even communication between us and he created a lot of stress for me as his communication was so confusing.
I felt somewhat better after seeing Michelle. However I do not want to see this doctor again.
I am next seeing Paige Collins on the 23rd of November. I am hoping the information about me is passed on to her as I feel the communication has been poor. Also my HBF covers minimally for OT'S which makes visitation quite costly.

I have had been cared for by 4 types of pain specialists including 2 pain clinics over 15 years. The approach by this clinic to my complex condition has given me hope for a better future. The care has been evidence-based, holistic, realistic but above all caring. Like all pain conditions you need to do the work but the are with you working in partnership

Dr. Stephanie Davies and her team are unique, I have seen several pain management specialists and Dr. Davies is absolutely the best, she has a really comprehensive understanding of chronic pain and is a very good listener and practitioner, her focus is on the whole person and all aspects of pain management. I have suffered with chronic pain for 16 years and Dr. Davies has helped me to get relief from my pain, I cannot recommend her highly enough!
