I had my ears pierced yesterday after having the holes surgically closed 9 months ago. Joeltron was absolutely amazing. He is the loviest guy you could meet. He explains everything in so much detail. He made me feel so comfortable and welcome. He talks you through everything and makes sure you understand it. Didn't feel a thing, so easy! This is the only place to go in Perth for any piercing. This place is superb! 10 out of 10. Thanks so much!

Opal heart was recommended to me by a friend for my double helix piercing and I am so glad I went! Christina and Bree were so professional and amazing, and Bree walked me through all the steps and was calm but also very funny. Jackson downsized my piercings for me the 2nd time and was also super awesome. Thank you to all the team who helped me at Opal Heart & I can't wait for my next visit!:)

Had a brilliant experience being served by Bree. As soon as we walked in she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Bree spent ages with us giving advice and making sure that we would be happy with what we decided on.and I very much am!

Exceptional service. Professional. Caring. The care and thoroughness they showed for getting my daughters second ear lobe piercing in just the right spot was nothing short of perfection. Additionally all staff answered the 1,000 questions thrown at them by my curious teens with the perfect amount of humour and detail. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

One of the most welcoming, lovely and easy going stores in the Perth cbd. The staff are beautiful, take their trade seriously and provide excellent service all whilst giving off chill, happy vibes. I only went in for jewellery which they changed painlessly for me but it makes me want to go back for a new piercing!

Absolutely sensational experience yet again, Joel is a Gentleman and Bree was a professional lady as always, having them both do a piercing at the same time is a wonderful experience, lul bit of banter too lighten the mood and being comforted during the whole process by both professionals I highly recommend them and will be back for any future piercings

I got my nostril pierced by Jackson and it was a great experience! He was very professional and made sure I was alright with the jewellery and piercing placement. I loved how he talked me through it. Other places I’ve been to have been almost silent during the process. It’s very reassuring to know exactly what’s going on!

I honestly can’t recommend anywhere but Opal Heart for all of your piercing and jewellery needs Perth people! Joeltron made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. I’ve been to other places where it’s just stick it in but he was all about getting the placement and angle perfect I’ll be back… lol even though it hurt

Every time I've been here it has been an amazing experience. The staff take sincere care of you to make sure you get what you want stylistically while making sure its anatomically viable, and then they deliver the piercing service itself with the utmost care and time taken. Felt super comfortable the whole time, 10/10 very enjoyable even with the pain of a piercing.
