Amazing experience. Lots of jewellery options (though I do advise being prepared to spend some coin), very professional, clean, kind, and friendly service. Jackson was my piercer and he was really attentive and made sure my piercings were aligned properly to a high standard. He was super sweet to my friend who got her septum done and gave her a lollipop and a cold towel when she felt a little woozy and even gave us an adorable pins with fun sayings on them (such a cute and thoughtful touch!) Will 100% be coming back again for all my future piercings. Thank you opal fam for making our experience amazing.

I was just getting lobe piercings so didn’t expect much but Bree was so patient and informative about the entire process and never made me feel silly as someone who knows literally nothing about piercings.
I didn’t feel rushed at all and she was also super helpful with picking jewellery… they have such a huge range it’s almost impossible to decide!
They also put a big emphasis on aftercare and provide you with all the info you need, which I was very grateful for.

As a first time getting my lobe piercings done, I felt I could trust Opal Heart the very moment I entered the studio. Whilst waiting for my appointment I was helped by Darcy in picking jewellery that'd be suitable to my preferences, as well as with the initial filling of legal stuff that further gave me understanding of what I was getting into. Joel was very detailed in his explanation of aftercare. The man tells good parables, my favourite being 'if it hurts to go in your eyes, it will hurt your piercing'. Doing the piercing in tandem was a slick and easy process and I know I can reach these guys for any further advice, downsizing and sparkly bits.

Best experience. Didn't expect to be done straight away, as I was checking it out if my old holes could be used without the gun. Yes they could. So virtually pain free which was a big relief for someone who doesn't handle pain very well. The ladies were all very friendly and patient with me. So if you need anything pierced, tattooed or anything, definitely recommend going there, price's very reasonable. Above all, GREAT PEOPLE WORK THERE!

The best in the business. Very accomodating and knowledgeable. I have simple ear piercings done, nothing complicated but they treated me like what they would any other customer. They took their time and made sure you are comfortable and happy to answer any questions you might have. I had my piercings done more than a year ago and went back as the earrings were too tight for me to remove and they happily did it quickly. They were also amazing with my little one a few months ago. She felt very safe throughout the process and we left with her having an amazing experience. Thank you. Highly recommended!
