Ocean & Paddock reviews
74We had the snapper and chips it was $21 per piece of fish you could choose grilled or battered we had one of each it was the freshest and best tasting fish I think I have ever had you didn't get a lot of chips but you didn't need them would definitely recommend
More than just fish and chips.an excellent and interesting meal. With a wide range of additions and sides. Wish I had room for more. Highly recommended!
Have been meaning to come here for a while now, just haven't managed it because I often visit Albany on the fly. I will make time from now on. Wow! Had a simple grilled shark salad and chips and it was next level.
The service from the young lady at the front counter was friendly and warm. As genuine as the food they served.
Took it to the King George sound lookout and lunch with a view.
I love Albany that little bit more now.
Trully lifting up to its award, simply the best fish and chips we have had in Western Australia!
The Best fish feed in the West. Really! Everything, but everything is sourced locally. Spicey bitey home made sauces on each table. Cheerful and attentive service. These people really do care about you enjoying your meal. I love coming here it's got such a happy vibe, and my tummy loves it too.
Absolutely the friendliest, most generous and happy fish & chip shop. Delicious, and creative menu
Very nicely done crispy on the outside and soft inside, not oily at all. Many choices on the menu. Menu is also conveniently available by scanning the QR code at the table. Ordering and paying have to be done at the counter though. Service is quick even it is busy on a saturday afernoon. Friendly staff with excellent service. This place brings ice water with lemons to you! Located in a nice residential area.
So pleasently surprised by this place! Lovely little restaurant, with several tables for dinning in. The food is great and really good value. The customer service is among the best I've had.
What a great place to have fish & chips. The fish was fresh and tasty and the service outstanding. Definitely I recommend this place to fellow travellers.
Friendly staff, attentive and caring. Best fish and chips ever tried, not oily at all and just cooked perfectly. I would totally go back!
One of the best fish and chip shops I've ever been to. Highly recommend trying. Friendly service.
Absolutely delicious fish and chips. Definitely the best in WA. And the owner is so welcoming and lovely to talk to.
I’m so excited to eat their fish with gluten free batter, the fish is fresh and goo however I’m disappointed with the chips it’s too oily, lack of salt and limpy not even crunchy. Don’t recommend it.
Quality food, fast friendly service. Best fish and chips in the West. Be prepared for parking chaos though on busy days.
Food was good. Fish and chips wasnt soggy at all and not oily at all. But scallops wasnt my style. Portion is bit small and bit pricey. Also hard to get a parking spot.
Best fish and chips in W. A? Yep 100% agree. The best and most friendly service I’ve had at any fish and chips place and of course the best fish and chips that I can remember to go along with it. Definitely coming back
Too pricey. Small and expensive pieces of fish a handful of chips over cooked prawns and squid/calamari was like chewing through a gum boot.not impressed with the best fish and chip shop in WA
Worthy of the WA Best Fish & Chips awards, no question! I’d usually post a photo but ate it all already
One of the best places to go for Food in Albany.
Fish and chips are awesome.
Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for
