We recently had a long time guard leave our establishment and we were naturally worried about who we would get to replace him.
After speaking with Adam and his team we were assured we would get a fabulous replacement.
They definitely delivered and we couldn't be happier. Our guards are friendly, thorough and professional.

Great company to work for. Very professional and super organised. They look after you and take into account your skills and suitability for different sites. Ie: they will roster you to a role and a venue that fits your skill set and experience. They are in a class of their own compared to the rest of the industry.

The Darlington Music Gig engaged NPB Security to provide crowd monitoring and management services for the event on 25th January 2020 on Darlington Oval. As chair of the Organisation we wish to thank NPB for the professionalism and sensitivity of their staff. The event went through without a hitch and we have no hesitation in recommending NPB.

I had high hopes when I went in for an interview with NPB. It was a hot summers day and I arrived at a tiny little waiting room jam packed with other applicants. There is nothing better then huge group interviews as you feel valued and special. So many bodies in such a small space with no AC or ventilation it was really good to sweat it out with my new found friends. I thought the senior citizens, obese, non English speaking, and Mohawk with a nose ring applicants would be told “thanks but you’re not what we are looking for” but no NPB takes absolutely anyone with a cert 2.

Filling out paperwork there that could have easily be sent in an email and completed before the interview added a good hour to the process. Then the exciting part of going into the office and “negotiating” your pay based on your experience, $28hr flat rate yay! That’s what 10 years in the military and 2 years in the Security Industry got me, don’t worry that it is not legal to pay differently to the award rate but NPB don’t care neither does the fair work ombudsman so they rip everyone off. The first shift was for a guns and roses concert or something like that and the last minute text message scheduling is just a fantastic means to be able to plan your life.

I for one would like to thank NPB for insuring that the Security Industry maintains its terrible reputation. Judging by the other reviews here is seems that NPB has an almost addiction to roughing up passive patrons, assaulting women and stealing balls off young kids at sporting events.

I rated 2 stars, as I thought I would give them the benefit of the very large amount of doubt. I attended a big event in Ascot recently. Ordered my first beer, as was easily verified with all the camera’s around. Anyway, as soon as the main act comes on, I am tapped on the shoulder about to be evicted. Two points to address here. Firstly educate your staff on hearing impaired awareness, secondly, understand that not all hearing impaired are “drunk” as your guard stated. Only after I argued the disability discrimination act, did he allow me access. If I was intoxicated, would I be able to calmly and clearly advise of that? I think not. He stated he seen me come back from the bar with alcohol, to which I asked, are hearing impaired people not allowed to drink? To which he said, “No sir, you cannot”. Clearly the guards on this occasion lacked education, understanding, and empathy.

Great service at our recent event in Leederville. I would highly recommend these guys to fit within the demographic of your next event!

Tried to boot out a heap of Glory fans in July 2018 over their use of drums as allowed by Optus Stadium management.
