NPB Security reviews
68Best company to work with, they will look after you anyone interested in security guard work please go for them, they are the best security company in Australia
Most disorganised, idiotic, and inconsiderate security company I've ever worked with, and that's after working with PSS lol.
If you want to be treated like trash by operations, threatened verbally, have your shifts cancelled at the last moment even after you have confirmed them 2 weeks in advance then this is the company for you.
Avoid like the plauge otherwise.
Dockers v Carlton 09/07/23 myself, brother-in-law and nephew approached whilst watching game told “just enjoy the game and stop being abusive” we were dumbfounded as were the people around us. As 75,78 and 50 year olds we are responsible fans and we were humiliated and embarrassed at that incident. Surely there must be some checks and balances when a complaint is made as this is a clear case of mistaken identity. Any chance of an apology.
I am a proud NPB team member and feel blessed to be doing my dream job with them. They offer great support and opportunities to their employees. I highly recommend them if you wish to work as a guard.
Last night my fiancé, sister and friends were out at The Arbor in Fremantle celebrating a birthday when the unfortunate event of the sister falling over and hitting her head occurred. Seth and his team immediately took control of the situation and they handled it like a pro. We were consistently updated on what was happening and reasssured things would be okay. It’s the first time a situationist like this happened to us and we were very grateful to have genuine secuity there. Please pass on our feedback to Seth and his team and we look forward to one day seeing them again and thanking them in person.
It's an ok company, but you can't really live on 5-6 hour shifts, I wanted 50-55 hours a week consistently! And they wouldn't do it, worked for this company for 5 years and got nowhere, from South lake shopping centre (abo town) and getting 1200 bucks after tax I went to beaufort chemist doing 5/12 hour shifts, then 777 pharmacy earning around 1400 bucks went up abit, and they require you to work weekends, I asked for mon-fri and they wouldn't give it to me, they said I have to do weekends as well, maybe they changed now but when I worked for them they just wouldn't give me the hours I wanted and when they did it was once every 2 months, it's risky working in some pharmacies and homeless shelters and they do not pay you extra for that
While shopping at HnM In Perth city today I couldn't help but notice the security guard at the door. His name is Zee. He was very polite, kind, caring and professional towards the few customers that were leaving the store. That's what I call customer service! Thank you Zee, we need more people like you.
We are using NPB for daily patrol and security response services for our construction site. The service to date has been very professional, and reasonably priced, and the customer service has been amazing. They are always prompt to respond and we felt the communication has been great throughout, getting their service on board was a breeze with zero hassle. A very good company to deal with for security services, I would highly recommend it to everyone.
We have dealt with NPB security for the last 4 months. Their staff have been responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff at two hotels containing 350 guest rooms as well as F&B outlets. We have been extremely happy with the service provided, and would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you to Mo & team (especially Mehmet) for the professionalism, care, dedication and polite interaction which we and our guests have experienced over your time with us.
I sub contracted NPB security and recieved a massive increase in complaints regarding rudeness. Avoid this company and find your own security.
The worst security company I have come across in Australia, pretend policemen, disgraceful, no people skills, lack skills all round
NPB has been wonderful in all of our dealings. Prompt, polite and very experienced staff and management.
Useless, unqualified bouncers in front of the Beaufort and The Queens hotel. Constantly playing on their phone and being rude to paying clientele.
Positive, professional, customer service orientated retail security guards. When only the best will do. Thank you NPB Security Australia. Outstanding in every area of security.
What is the point of applying for jobs online to be told that they do not even have the jobs available! Twice now this has happened to me with NPB.
First time was in regards to the construction side of security that was advertised online AND on your website. I then get told that they do not have any of that work but we can give you Crowd Control until something came up. I gave you guys the benefit of the doubt and stayed but ultimately left after awhile.
Just recently i applied for an ad that was 4 on 4 off. I get to the group interview and was given a piece of paper asking my availability (which was done on my profile prior) and asking what role i was wanting (Crowd Control, Retail or COVID Clinics)
Now recently i let my crowd control license lapse and i didn't upload it onto the online profile. So why was i being pushed into doing crowd control work when i told them i didn't have my license multiple times. Also being spammed messages from SIX different numbers in regards to work is not on!
NPB might be a good company, but the work they offer is better suited for people just joining the industry.
Friends and I had the unfortunate experience of being evicted by Lance this evening at the Brass Monkey for not having ID when we showed our ServiceWA vaccine proof. You may be aware, we’re not required to show ID when using this app (see WA government feedback tonight). Lance was the sort of overly aggressive security guard who was trying to incite drama. Maybe train your staff better?
My husband and I were at the COVID booster clinic on Friday 4/2/2022. It was a very long way from the parking lot to the clinic and this was made more difficult because my husband was in a wheelchair and it was38C at 10am.
When we got to the checkpoint a security guard named Sean very kindly pushed my husband’s wheelchair throughout the time we were at the clinic and arranged for a shuttle bus to take me back to our car and for an escort so I could park close to the clinic exit. Sean then helped my husband into the car. Sean’s kindness and empathy was above and beyond and we felt we were so lucky to have met him that day. Thank you Sean.
Security company for the Kwinana Vaccination Centre. Two security men one inside which I was not allowed to photograph and one at the entrance with very poor mask procedures.under the chin and under the nose. I expected a much higher standard in this very place with these very personal.
Very rude, emailing them for an enquiry resulted in a Mr. Adam Walsh not only them being unapologetic, but accused us of lying/trying to scam them (!) and not taking responsibility. Not professional and very incompetent - making mistakes again and again. Rude and irresponsible. Mixing up deliveries, causing property loss etc. I expect at least a civil conversation, not blatant slandering. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Don't expect to get your stuff in quarantine - they're clearly incompetent of reading or being professional!
The casual guard gets $33.51 Night Rate according to the fair work, thus this security firm urgently has to raise the salary. Furthermore, they should not direct someone's actions.
