Really excellent security company during the COVID Vaccinations in Claremont and Perth Convention Centre. Especially Zee, he has a really positive and welcoming energy that makes everyone feel safe!

The gentleman at the entry point to Tom Wilding pavillion is a legend.
He assisted the elderly and families with prams, to keep the lines moving.
Well done.

NPB doesn't pay staff what they're entitled too. This "Security" company underpays the award rate, no penalty rates, no overtime rates, no public holiday rates. Many better security companies to apply for in Perth. You will be an underpaid slave working with NPB.

Don't know how this company is legally still running.

Had a great experience with staff during my COVID vaccine wait period. People were stressed during COVID times and the security were amazing in assisting with the public.

I wanted to share some very positive feedback about Zee who is working at the Claremont showgrounds, overseeing the COVID vaccines.

Zee was so professional, friendly and informative when I came for my first jab (16.08.21). He was always smiling, greeting everybody, checking in with us to keep us updated on wait times and just generally keeping up a really lovely morale within the pavilion.

Today, when I came for my second jab (06.09.21), Zee was here and we recieved the same high levels of customer service.

I can imagine that the staff are copping alot of negative feedback due to the unavoidable wait times but I just wanted someone to know that Zee and his team are doing an amazing job!

I just want to thank the security guard Zeeyad for my experience at Claremont clinic who was extremely helpful, friendly and professional and helped run the process smoothly and swiftly, whilst another security guard on the other hand was not screening people and chatting away on his phone. Thanks for keeping WA safe Zeeyad!

Attended the vaccination hub in Claremont where NPB Security were providing services. I imagine a good security team would be unobtrusive and not memorable. In this case, a great security team were not just memorable, they actively improved the whole experience.

The NPB Security team were polite, friendly, and ran everything like a well oiled machine. Not only were they completely professional, they also managed to be lively and personable enough that they kept everyone smiling and happy to cooperate. I never thought I’d leave a review for security services, but these guys were superstars. They deserve recognition for a thankless job performed brilliantly.

I just wanted to express our appreciation for the excellent customer service, helpfulness and the overall pleasant demeanour shown to us by one of your security guards Joseph 54321 at the Perth Convention Centre yesterday when we went to get our vaccinations done.

Had a shocking experience with one of their guards TWO weekends in a row. His behaviour was so ridiculous that I lodged a complaint about him and 'Customer Service' did a terrible job at handling it. I even cc'd in the director who I know to comment and just heard crickets.

When I requested the customer service rep to gain some clarity about several (actually every single) point in his reply, he failed to do so and the next reply I got was very disappointing, blunt, and made me feel like I was wasting his time!

I provided video evidence which proves the guard lied to them when they questioned him on the incident and STILL heard nothing.

I use this company at my own venue and will NEVER use them again and implore others to rethink before using a company that supports hot headed, irrational and authority abusing staff.

I attended the Showgrounds vaccination clinic at Claremont on Tuesday. Zee on security and the coordinator Claire went above and beyond to provide a quick service for my friend who had suffered a recent bereavement. It was greatly appreciated. Thank you

I met Zee at the Claremont covid vaccination centre this afternoon and i need to comment how professional he was taking care of such a large crowd. He had complete control of what must be a strenuous task all day long. Unlike many security guards I've dealt with who overstep there authority, Zee was friendly and approachable and knew exactly what he was doing. The added touch of having join in for a round of applause for everyone involved was fantastic

Visited the Vax clinic at Claremont in the afternoon of the 27th July, the line was long and it was quite cold. I found the security staff were upbeat and friendly, they took care of the elderly and disabled and helped make the long wait more palatable.great job!

Staff where at the Claremont vax site and they where so friendly and professional which helped the experience. They appeared well organised and it was a smooth experience.

We recently attended Kwinana Vaccination Centre and found the security staff to be extremely helpful and professional in their dealings with the general public. They made us feel comfortable and went out of their way to assist us at all times. Appreciate their assistance and cannot speak more highly of them

Saturday Night at ‘Henry Summers Bar in Northbridge’; the Security detail posted was exceptionally organised and professional. Their response to incidents was on point and expedient, they were very approachable and made everyone feel safe.

NPB Security are the most professional and organized company,
We have used them multiple times now for our hotels and they have kept all our guests completely safe without the need for intimidation and the up-to date logs are so efficient, Highly recommend this company and their team.

We have used NPB Security for the past few years for our large garden party (500-1,000) guests, and the team are always great and efficient to deal with. Thanks so much.
