Rented a Hyundai Accent while staying in Perth. Very affordable and reliable service. Their booking system is paper based so allow a bit of time for pick up and drop off.

Never felt so uncomfortable in my life. The receptionist was so annoyed that I was there early and then got annoyed that I didn't know all of the extra charges she would offer/lay on me. Truck was great but I won't be going back.

I would definitely recommend Northside rentals. I come down to Perth at least once a year and just send an email to book my car. It’s so simple, quick, easy and efficient, plus the prices are the lowest I’ve seen. I always get the car I want and have never had a problem with the car, booking or customer service. 5 stars for me.

I have used Northside several times in the past and been happy with their service. However I need an 8 seater car for one day and they tell me they only hire for 7 days in the peak period. They won't hire for one day incase somebody else might want it for longer. Seriously I want to give you $130 now but no, you might get more later. A bird in the hand people. I even offered to return it the same day so that the fictitious 7 day person could have it tomorrow. You can do better, lift you game.

We've hired a couple of times from Northside and found them to have competitve prices and easy to deal with.

I don't like the long return funds period. Would be better if they could just refund it straight onto your card using the EFTPOS machine.

I have been a loyal customer with this company for nearly 10 months and never had an issue. The minute I decide to return my vehicle I called the office to advise them. In the past 48 hours I have spoke to 4 or more different people in relation to money being debited from my account without my knowledge or consent. To then having the MANAGER call me and talk down to me over the phone and also calling me a LIAR, just trying to overall intimidate me. Stating that I never called because the customer service rep never left a note on my account. I have worked in customer service and if I had of spoken to a customer in the tone and manner that I have just experienced I would certainly not be working tomorrow. It appears this is how they reward customer loyalty. I am in complete disbelieve and extremely disappointed and quite upset that the company would allow their representatives to speak to customers this way, it is an absolute travesty and not at all the standard I would expect. Dodge a bullet by finding somewhere else to rent a vehicle to avoid the pain and stress I have had to go through these previous two days. I will certainly be doing the same.

Tried to have my pants down for the 500 dollar deposit. Had to chase them up to get the money returned more than once. Not the best service, is an understatement.

I have never been disappointed ever since. Great service and friendly staff. Everything was organised when pickup. They had the best deals. Most places I checked had the lowest rates always unavailable, but Northside Rentals had what I was looking for.
