Excellent service and reasonably priced. We took a car from Northside a holiday the car was clean and as expected, customer service very good.

Still waiting for my deposit to be refunded and its well over a 10 days ago. Sent 2 emails and no response. Customer service is atrocious. Seriously if you are the owner of this company get better staff. That blond teenager at Greenwood was so incredibly rude I was speechless. I ordered an automatic car and they gave me a manual. No discount.she told me to wait outside until she was ready for me, and wouldnt give me a copy of the receipt, in fact the blank piece of paper that I signed she tore up and threw away and did something with the atm thing and wouldnt give me a copy. Fraud much you guys? Little bissum got all ancy when I said I wanted to inspect the car before signing the rental form saying there was no damage on pick up. Weird, they dont have a clue. Do they read these reviews? 75% of customers cant be wrong. Do something about your staff. Give them training or get more customer friendly front desk people. I would NOT recommend this company. I will NOT be using them again. And if I dont get my deposit back by tomorrow I will be contacting consumer protection and makinn a complaint.

Very easy, expedient pick up and drop off with these guys. Hired a like-new moving van with tail lift, no issues and far cheaper than anyone else around - will be using Northside again next time I need a hire vehicle in Perth.

Greenwood Office offers a great service. Caitlyn and her team are very responsive and helpful. Rented a few cars there and highly recommended it!

We hired a car and it was pretty dirty inside to begin with and not what I would have expected.
We drove 120kms over the included kms
But when we filled the tank up before returning the kms to empty was 125kms more than when we collected.
565 kms to empty on collection
690 kms to empty on return.
They refused to take this into consideration and charged us the extra km amount even though we filled up the tank more then when we started.

Not really impressed that they wouldn’t at least waive this extra fee

Hired a Kia Carnival whilst family were over - the whole process was easy, the staff were fantastic and it was so reasonably priced! We did a lot of research into places and this was the cheapest we could find - but don’t let the price fool you, still amazing service and a great car for driving the whole family round Perth

I have hired a vehicle here a few times. Staff are generally very helpful and prices are better than major companies.

If you hire a car from this company make sure you take pictures around the car. I hired a Mitsubishi dual ute. And there is alots of damage and dent on the car. When I returned the car they accusing me of the damage luckily I took photos to proved the damage was already there. And they know exactly the damage was there. I do believe there is alots of people got scam with the same damage because the damage its seem very old. I will do some investigation to help others who got scam with the same car and damage.be aware when you hire from them. Take alots pictures of the car. I mean alots.

Hired a 4WD for a camping trip. Oldest rental I've ever seen, at least 9 years old, dents and damage on every single panel. Advertised as late model! What a load of rubbish. Disgraceful. Would not recommend.

Arrived in Oz, made 4 transactions on card, Swan Taxi, Vodafone, Northside Rentals and Woolies. Card was frauded and cancelled by bank. Only one transaction required me to read out all CC details and have confirmed over the phone. There is CCTV behind reception/booking desk, looks like a Dahua CCTV with HD and great audio that can here and see receptionists.

Had to use an overseas CC after my Oz card was suspected fraudulent transaction.

Still waiting for release of deposit 6 days later on the OS HSBC Premier CC used.

I should have read reviews about this company and their customer satisfaction/issues before using them.

If you like all your credit card details spoken out loud in front of a CCTV camera, this is the company for you.

AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE

Hikvision are well known to be totally compromised CCTV and haven't found any turret model (like above your receptionists) that does not have audio capability.
