Don’t bother lazy reception team even worse doctors Dr Susanna Granich and Dr Len Atlas have broken patient confidentiality with other people in regards to my most private medical and mental health issues.

Brought to tears at my last visit. Dr Helen lu was very blunt. Constantly ignored me, wouldn't answer my questions, rolled her eyes at me and I was sent out for Injections without her discussing any other options. I practically begged for a referral to a podiatrist she said no and told me to come back after the injections.
I previously was there for my son for an ongoing issue we had to visit her 4 times. Only to go to another dr at the end and have the problem solved in 1 appointment under 5 minutes. I feel Helen has no intention of helping her patients but to just write a script and push you out the door with no regards to your feelings. She is cold, frustrating and extremely rude.

Horrible, my father called regarding random pains and the doctor completely disregarded it as a result my father had to go to the ER. Always looking for fast solutions and medicating instead of finding the root of the issue.

Just called to make an appointment for my partner who just moved to Noranda and receptionist was so rude who cut me off and immediately said they were not taking on new patients even though their website says different. Will be staying away from this GP and telling others to do so as well.

I recently had the misfortune to contract covid19. I had previous conversation with my GP Dr Hawkins re an action plan. On calling the clinic I was advised that Dr Hawkins was unavailable and they would assist with another Doctor. Within about 20 min Dr Lu called back and assessed my situation over the phone and having access to my files immediately issued a script for antiviral drugs. Similarly the same happened on the next day when my wife also tested positive. Once again Dr Lu assessed the situation and issued the script. On both occasions the script was sent to the pharmacy and we were able to obtain the medication without any problem. The staff were magnificent and helpful throughout as was Dr Lu. Both my wife and I have been patients at this clinic since day 1 and have never had any complaints.they are great. Sure sometimes there is a wait but I feel that is because some Doctors see their patient as a person with a problem and the clock doesn't dictate their care. If your doctor runs a bit behind it's because He or She cares and wants the best outcome for the patient. Doctors are people just like us but with skills we need. I have nothing but the highest regard for Noranda Medical Centre Doctors and Staff. They are great. Thank you for being so professional in our hour of need. In conclusion I don't think we were treated any differently to anybody else. It is a reflection of the their high standards.

Very disappointing! After being a patient with DR Len Atlas for almost 35 years, I called to make an appointment recently only to be told that Dr Atlas had retired. After 35 years he could have at least notified his patients. Not good enough!

I have been seeing dr grannich for many years now and have found her extremely helpful and a very dedicated doctor. Yes you may have to wait a while to see her but when you do she makes the time to listen d always solves any issues ive had. Im very happy with this doctor surgery.

If I could give 0 stars i would. DO NOT RECOMMEND. UNPROFESSIONAL. Wait times are always over an hour. Joke of a practice.

Worst medical clinic you could have imagined. The receptionist accepted the phone consult and recorded phone number when made the booking. Dr Helen Lu called the wrong number in more than one hour later in the very wrong attitude. Then told us the documents can't be done over the phone. What on earth did the reception accepted our request at the first place? What is the point of going to a clinic if someone is NOT sick? We will NEVER EVER consult this doctor Dr Helen Lu and this clinic again in our life time!

0 STAR to start with. DO NOT go to Noranda Medical Centre AT ALL. First time using this clinic and had bad experience. Booked 3: 15pm and waited for more than ONE HOUR. Extremely poor time management (read the other reviews please). And the receptionist has the most disgusting attitude! If you have the time of the world, go there, sit and wait for your turn. Otherwise DO NOT GO THERE.

Nice easy experience. Called up and made an appointment at a time suitable for everyone. Went to the appointment and doctors were very nice and professional.

I have been seeing Dr Kate Hammond for so many years now. She is generous with her time and has a sense of humour! A doctor who does care. It seems that the 'grumpy' receptionists some of the other reviewers may be referring to have since moved on, because the ladies working behind the desk now are friendly and polite. Treat them with respect and you shall get the same in return.

Very poor experience trying to make an appointment as a new patient. Despite having 10 available appointment slots on the day requested and taking all of my details for the appointment, they rang back 5 minutes after making the appointment to cancel it, saying they need to keep all free appointments available "in case existing patients need an appointment that day". So essentially if you've never been there before, even if there is availability and you have need of an appointment (and in my case unable to get one someone else) - don't worry about trying to get an appointment here, as they won't give you one!

I did not rate my experience highly. My daughter has had two appointments here, the first one was fine. However for the second one, we arrived early for an 8am appointment and waited almost an hour to be seen. When we questioned the delay after about 30mins waiting, we were told the doctor had not even arrived yet (but were not informed of this when we arrived for our appointment on time). It shows a lack of regard for patient's time and I won't be returning.

By far the worst medical practice I have ever been to. Dr Krystyna has been constantly negligent with myself, family members and family friends. Just days ago she failed to properly treat my grandfather who is now IN HOSPITAL with a diabetes related ulcer. How did she treat him, you ask? She gave him some cream and expected that to work.

She also put me onto a medication that lowers a person's seizure threshold, whilst being fully aware that I have epilepsy.

Save your time and money and go to another practice with doctors who actually care about the people they treat and know what they are doing.

Also, just a little disclaimer. If you are in a profession where you have spent years studying for the sole purpose of helping people, you might want to actually do that.

I have experienced wonderful healthcare elsewhere but wanted to try somewhere closer to home. The second of 2 appointments with Doctor Krystyna has led me to this 1 star rating. After the first appointment I thought maybe she was having a bad day so I would give it a second chance. After expressing my ailments she proceeded to tell me that I just have to suffer through it and that there were no other options. I found the experience of poor level of care to be equally disappointing in both appointments
with no interest in helping me with my health concerns. Was then charged $75 for a less than 5 minute appointment. Would not recommend and will not be returning to this practice.
