Ningaloo Reef Resort reviews
50Only went to the Restaurant Whalers and it had to be the best meal I have had for a long time. Great service and food was divine.
Perfectly adequate room, old and outdated but functional and all you need because you're never there, coral Bay in itself was amazing
What a lovely clean place, great staff altogether helpful every convenience at hand. Such a beautiful place close to beach, parks for kids safe. Altogether a very easy no hassle place.thanks to all
Good resort for families who love the beach or those just wanting to totally relax. Snorkelling would be amazing as can do from beach. Rooms are basic but comfortable. 1.30 hrs South of Exmouth.
Loved everything about it and we were in a perfect spot.
Across from play ground, swimming pool and showers.will be back
Best place in Exmouth, with best dining. Good rooms with great views. Wardrobe in our 2 bedroom apartment was way too small, and a shelf to put cases on would be handy.
Garden needs a bit of care with plants dying from lack of water. Very good swimming pool.
Stumbled on this on a recent day trip from Exmouth. Love that everyone is welcome to use the facilities. The bar is a nice place to while away an afternoon. Food and drinks reasonably priced, will look forward to a return visit next time I find myself up that way.
We stayed in a Beachcomber Unit - it was lovely - very clean, well maintained, with a very comfortable bed - the kitchenette had everything you needed - the bathroom was huge, with a great walk in shower and lots of hot water.
We had a patio area in front of the room, where we often sat gazing at the fantastic view of the pool, beach and the sea, whilst drinking a glass of wine (or two)
We certainly recommend the pizzas from the restaurant - and the other items on the menu looked yummy too.
The staff were very friendly, happy in their work and helpful - a sign of good management.
The resort has a great friendly, family atmosphere and is the perfect place to visit to relax and watch the world go by - we will definitely visit again - loved it! - Don and Diane
Rooms are good with lovely views, comfortable beds. Food is good $15 pizza inc gf for happy hour and choices of other dishes.
Look it's ok the room was very nice and clean location is pretty good
There is a little cafe there prices are very reasonable
Internet is not very good
Beach looks good
All of Coral bay was pretty packed
A great resort in an outstanding location. Snorkelling right on your doorstep with lots of beautiful fish and some coral.
Great location. Nice people. Very average rooms (Garden suites). Maintenance required or maybe bash and rebuild? It was cold but no heat available. Couldn’t lock screen door - it’s corroded. Fridge very noisy. Thinnest walls in any rental room ever. Snoring on one side and a clear conversation heard from the other room! For families - bathroom/toilet door could not physically be shut. No hot water unless everyone else was not showering. The couch cushions were turned over on arrival. Why - they had significantly tears/slashes in both of them. We’re not supposed to notice? Adequate if you’re desperate and happy to part with $340/night. I’ll bring my van next time.
The Happy Hour was great - Shmone was playing and he was awesome.
Close to the beach, service with a smile. Great food, nice pub. Buildings & facilities could do with a renovation.
We had a fabulous time. Loved the resort, the best location and views. The staff were fabulous even though the conditions for them were tough due to the cyclone. We'll definitely be back.
We went to the restaurant to have dinner. The cocktails are great.the food wasn't the highlight. I ordered the creamy garlic prawns.it was ok.the serving was a bit odd.one cup of rice, 7 prawns and one broccolini.nothing special.kids meal comes with free juice.kids meal are as big as the mains.lol the kids loved playing around.the views are amazing. I'd love to go back there again.but I'm not ordering the same dish i guess.
The resort is in a great location but it's a bit tired. Some doors don't close, water pressure is variable etc. However, drink prices are reasonable and we have just come out of COVID
Such a great place to stay! Right on the beach, great facilities, excellent food and solid bar. All the staff were super friendly and we just felt so relaxed. We will definitely return.
Parked here to go to the beach and came back to grab lunch and a drink after a fun morning at the beach. The service here was great, and very kid friendly. The bar looked cool, and had a decent selection of drinks. The food was yummy, and nice views out to the bay. Haven't stayed the night here but definitely be tempted to do so in future.
Haven't stayed here so can't comment on accommodation however the grounds, location overlooking the ocean and the facilities are great. Also staff very friendly and willing to assist in any way they can. The little cafe here is also good coffee and service. The pool is well maintained and is located on a large grassed area overlooking the ocean and Coral Bay beach front. The resort has happy hour drinks each night, however don't bring any pets as "Pets are Not Allowed"
We made a last minute decision to book one of the rooms at Ningaloo Reef Resort and were soo glad we did. The staff were amazing, the venue clean and very comfortable and the view from our room glorious. Not to mention the local restaurant food was divine and the sunset sessions great fun. It was hard to leave Coral Bay after such a great stay!
