49Was a walk in after hours needing stitches but was denied medical treatment as I didn't have an appointment.
Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour! My husband see Dr Wan Li Soh, she is very rude and discriminate against my husband as he is new in Australia, not very familiar with some professional medical words in english.
She even told to him, if you cannot speak english well, then go back to your country. Such ridiculous women, not as a doctor.
I wanted to cancel my appointment, waited 1 hour on the line, no response. I didnt end up going to my appointment and they charged me $35 for not showing up. Moreover, I didnt even receive a courtesy call or a reminder. No call from Dr Little either. Not happy with the practice. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
I didn’t get a right answer to any of my questions especially from Dr Kyaw Zin Wai.very poor knowledge doctor. There are much better GP in the area. Don’t waste your time. Only worth going for Medical certificate or script.
I have completed my comercial driver medical assessment by paying $130. They told that they will send it direct to the Department of transport. The complete form was not received by the DoT. When I contacted the medical centre, they asked me to go and do it again. A complete waiste of time due to their mismanagement. The receptionist is not willing to listen my complaint, telling that they have patients waiting. Not recommended to anyone. Thanks
Doctor had displayed apathetic, unfriendly tone and cold demeanor with poor command of English, during the whole consultation. Not understandable at times. Obviously a migrant doctor full of herself, haven't yet assimilated here and looked so done with her job. Consultation was textbook style just reciting the options matter of factly, to treat without any tone of care for the troubling symptoms described. Go if you're desperate to see a bulk billed doc.
If I could give them less than one star, I would. I have been very unwell for 5 days now and did the right thing and got a COVID test and isolated until I got my negative results. I woke up the day after receiving my results, still very unwell and knew that I needed to be physically assessed and booked an appointment online within the next 2.5hrs (the only available)
I did the right thing and called the clinic to advise them of my symptoms but that I had a negative result. The receptionist then told me their policy is that if you have flu symptoms you can't be seen no matter what. I asked if this was normal practice before COVID and she just kept repeating practice policy and that I can have a phone consult. I asked how the doctor was meant to check my blood pressure, temperature, oxygen levels and lungs over the phone and she said that I need to discuss that with him. (?)
So I said not to bother because I need to see someone in person and then she told me that I needed to pay a cancellation fee if I wasn't going to have a phone consult. The greed of this business definitely outweighs the whole point of a GP clinic.
I am so upset and appalled by the lack of empathy and understanding at a place where you should be able to find that support.
Edit: Dr Lee advised on the phone that he was happy to see me, given I have a negative test and that he doesn't know why the receptionist told me otherwise.
I was advised I would receive a call back to arrange another appointment. Never got that call.
I'd be embarrassed if I knew my business was being run like this.
Unprofessional receptionist. I waited 30mins still haven't get to see the doctor. I asked her why? She forgot to put me in the system. I end up cancelled the appointment after another 15 mins sit and wait.
My appointment is at 410 but I have to wait more than 30mins just for my doctor Benjamin Lee this is not what I was expecting form any gp locations please next time give us an accurate time so I don't have to wait that long

Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour! Staff has no consideration of people's health and time. Made me wait in my car for more than half an hour as I had flu like symptoms, saying the doctor will come to me in my car. When I called back eventually, I was told the doctor wouldn't see me as I was not a regular patient in their clinic! Absolutely no regard for people's time and health, and wouldn't take the time to listen to people's concerns. Just looking for easy billing and money. Never going to this clinic again!
Shockingly bad experience - worse doctor I have ever encountered (not sure if I can name the doctor).
Wife was told to called on 94561900 to speak with a nurse as she had fever and sore throat. Nurse called back saying you have only been here once, so call your family GP. Wife explained that she has been to a doctor only once after she moved to Australia and it was your medical centre. Nurse said we cannot do anything and hanged up.
Been going to this practice for a year because my regular GP moved here from another practice. Today I called to make an appointment but learnt that my GP is on holidays. I told the receptionist about an urine test I did this morning (Monday) and I wanted to make an appointment to get the results because I want to take the results to my hospital appointment on Friday morning. The receptionist would not let me finish my sentences and just kept telling me to wait for sms from them because they dont know at this time which GP would look at my results. While I understand what she is saying, she didnt let me explain and raise my concern that I wanted to get the result prior to Friday. I'm sure they can just assign me to a random GP and take the appointment for when the result would have come in. The manner from the receptionist was abrupt, unhelpful and condescending. Disappointed.
Missed 1 appointment because of an emergency, talked to reception and said they were going to talk to management to waive it. Got a call from the practise manager after 7 months and being rude about not having paid it. I have been going there at that period and was not mentioned to me
The doctor I visited was really good. Checked and explained everything clearly. But the Asian receptionist was very rude and she was complaining and nonstop chatting with other receptionist the whole time since I walked in. Manager need to reconsider if this person is suitable for this job.
Dr Wei has always been a sub standard unsupportive doctor. I would not recommend for anything not for a script, referral, medical statement or even my child left choking in reception for half an hour.he is A TOTAL DISGRACE. This is Australia not china where kids are left dying on the pavement as people walk by. I told the receptionist that my child had something stuck in his throat she called Dr Wei and told him this yet they told us to take a seat. My child continued to choke, after not being seen 30 mins later I had no choice but to rush him to the emergency department. I SERIOUSLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY FOR CHILDREN
Was late by 11 min due to traffic and receptionist arrogantly asked me for $35 misappointment fee. She said she sent SMS and phoned me before. Checked the phone, no SMS and rang 3 seconds and disconnected. Been here many many times and never been called on time, always have to wait at least 20 min to see the GP. Very poor approach by receptionist, and you can waste your time, but they can't. Wost customer services I have ever seen.
Extremely disappointed. Wait for more than hour. First in the, the last one got called. Even someone arrived half hour late. Reception just cant explain why is this happening. First time visit also last time visit
Unbelievable.meant to open at 8.00 am and there are people waiting for fasting blood checks and place is still close at 8.10!
We will never return to this joke of a medical group.
After experiencing their rude incompetent service from both reception and doctors. We are more than happy to pay our former non bulk billing medical group to receive respect and good customer service when visiting our GP.
When you're feeling unwell, you want to be looked after and treated with care.
This place didn't meet those basic needs for our family.
