Always make me comfortable and welcome. Very friendly and professional service. The receptionist and nurses are willing to help all the times. They have strict cancellation policy and missed appointment fee though. Please be sure that you respect your appointment.
They look after myself and my family very well. Caring nurses and friendly receptionist who are willing to help always. Really proud to have Nicholson Road Medical Group in our neighborhood.
What a convenient One-stop Medical Center. They have GP, Pharmacy, Dietitian, Clinical Psychologist, Podiatry with Physio and Dental in the same building. They also have specialists such as Psychiatrist and General Physician. Really happy to found this place.
Been going to these guys for 4 years and one of the GP did not want to sign my medical assessment and had to get me booked in with specialist when he's colleague told me that they can sign. What a waste of time.
Been to this clinic quite abit and it depends which doctor you get. Some have no clue and some doctors are amazing. The front desk staff are very compassionate and understanding.
Ive always been to this medical centre, all the Drs here are usually great. Saw a new Dr today Dr N Yadanar she is not very good. She doesn't help protect my medical condition privacy for work purpose. I didn't feel very comfortable speaking to her. She said my medical "condition" are just "symptoms". Will not see her again.
Doctors are no help, afraid to be clear with their diagnoses, Dr Yint is always booked and comes in for one day a week, whilst clearly ignoring a case of serotonin syndrome and prescribing a multitude of different ssri's of which i had a horrible reaction to, Dr Wei dances around the problem of which i try to explain and hope to have cleared up. Bunch of idiots in that center and a rude receptionist
Both the administration staff and practitioners at Nicholson Road Medical Group are absolutely fantastic and my experience has shown me that they are always very polite, friendly, listen to all of my concerns and are willing to go that 'extra step' to assist me with anything I may need from time to time. Highly recommended to family and friends. My practitioner at Nicholson Road Medical Group has been my GP for in excess of 8 years now.
